I've been with most companies and BT are no better or worse than any other. More often than not it's the cable coming into your house that's the issue. ***Sits smugly with FTTP 300mb*** *-SARIN-* Why do I get the impression that should be jealous ? If I knew what it even meant ...maybe I would be I'm jealous too. But I dunno why either..... But whatever it means, it sounds good.

It's cotton. It wicks the juice I vape. If someone calls it "Diamond-studded golden fleece cotton" and sells it for £200 a pack of 10 wicks, good luck to them. And more fool the buyer. It's still cotton. My tuppence

We will have to disagree on that tim the process is well established, here is a flow chart I did for the DNA 200 and apart from the user settable preheat parameters it would be the same for the first temp limiting board. As I said it is getting more flexible and accurate, but the basic process is the same. I know all this Jon, which is why I won't disagree with what Evolv are doing, but atty differences/build qualities etc. are not factored in yet. That's all I mean.

They are VapingBad, but, as the op is asking for hard facts about the "process", which is still being developed, it's difficult to give hard facts. As you say, vapers are finding out the answers. So the response cannot be absolutely accurate.

The first thing you need to know is that it is "temperature limiting" and not control. But there are lots of sites out there which discuss it ant Also, be aware that different wire behaves differently. It is still a new(ish) development.

But this is flawed on many levels. Once you purchase a mod and atty then your only outlay is wire, cotton and juice and batteries £15 year? Cotton and wire one offs per year (or two), so juice. Lets say a heavy vaper used 10mls a day at £4.99 and a heavy smoker 40 a day £18 or rollies £7 Lets see Smoker Vs Vaper Rollie x 365 = £2555 Juice = £1821 Batteries = £15 Wire £4.00 Cotton £2.00 Atty £25 Mod £60Total £1908 So plenty of room for more attys and mods and a 40 a day real ciggies £6570 That's if they last a year. AND COMPLETELY ignoring shinetitis! shineyitis! Still cheaper though......

Aaaannnd - the nearest Waitrose is . . . . not in Cornwall!! Plans to open a branch just outside Truro are now scotched, due to problems with Prince Charles' Duchy land - say no more! And I have to pay for my copy of the paper, unless the rack looks well-populated as I walk by on my way to buy one! Do you live on Duchy land Andy? Only, I do, and the trees that are theirs, and overhanging my garden, need attention, and I can't find out who to complain to. If you have an email or address to write to, I'd appreciate. TIA

Even though I've had to wait 6 weeks to get this bathroom work done (needed) I am very grateful I'm in social housing 2 days messing around but it's not costing me £600 a day It's costing the tax payer more than that!!! Social housing costs for maintenance/repairs far outweigh what private contractors charge. They are forced to use *approved* contractors, who have offices, directors, accountants, a fleet of cars/vans, cleaners, etc., while also paying the actual operatives (so called *engineers*) a pittance. Where do you think your council tax goes?
