so vct 4 first them samsung ? Take your pick, totally your choice but either way you will have good batteries you can trust. The 25r, i only started using them recently & i've had no issues with them. They seem to perform very well & a lot of people are raving about them. That 2 for a tenner deal is legit too. On a side note, i heard that the vtc5 was a re-wrapped 25r ! Re-wrapped by sony.

There are no vtc5's, don't trust 'em if they tell you there are. The vt4's are good, the samsung 25r's & the purple efest 30/35amp as a last choice....Never off ebay though except from torchy......... imo TBH when i did get some so called vtc5's last year i couldn't tell them apart from the vtc4 in performance or hours.

For some reason my kit isn't performing and I'm getting nicotine withdrawal. I know it's not the mods I'm using as I have tried different ones. My set up is bogs carto in a tank. I must have gone through at least 10 cartos and wasted juice. For some reason there is hardly any vapor and pretty much zero throat hit. I'm using the same juice I have always used, but I can't work out what's going wrong. Some advice would be greatly appreciated. Struggling to imagine what could go wrong. Are you sure it's not just the old vacuum effect ? They can be slow to prime & sometimes when put in the tank, if the tank is full to the brim it can create a vacuum & halt the priming. When i used them i made sure the carto was soaked through before putting it in the tank. You sound like you know them better than me anyway. If your battery connections are are all ok then it's either that or as suggested, a dodgy batch.....Dunno !

I use an efest LUC which i am more than happy with. I believe it will take those 26mm batts too. I read a lot of people like the nitecore & i would buy a genuine one if i needed a new charger but not from ebay. I would also happily have another efest LUC. Go with a good vendor, Myepack or whoever you trust.

I've read a number of different remedies for vapers tongue but i can't speak for any of them. I believe your taste buds regenerate at a natural rate & then teste resumes until they die again. Menthol, curry, tongue scrub etc... I dunno the answer.

Saw a similar thread elswhere recently. It kinda depends on the device that you're charging. Some devices have the charger circuitry in the device itself.
One example, the 20w istick then, it asks for a 1amp draw so it doesn't really matter if the ad-dc plug is 1amp or 100amp because the istick's board is regulating the charge & will only pull that 1amp.
It would be good if manufacturers could include thet kind of info with the product, avoid some confusion.

I have a Caravela and a Magneto which are my fallbacks and which are bombproof. I too have been lucky with mods, and apart from an iStick which has failed, like Perpetua I have not really experienced a major fail on my more expensive mods. The forum seems to have a post most days with something which has failed for somebody, and I just wondered if it was penny pinching on the part of the manufacturer, or perhaps we expect more from something which at the end of the day is less than a weeks worth of tobacco were we still smoking? There's some mixed logic isn't there. Without a doubt if we compare say, a 20w istick, £25, to a month of smokes then it's a no brainer, add a cheap but functional atty & some liquid & we're still quids in. In that scenario i'm more concerned about the dreadful landfill it might be making, something which is bound to rear its head in the vape world sooner or later. Imagine the waste that a decade of cig-a-likes would create ! For my own ends i am a bit old fashioned & i target devices which i believe will be kind of timeless & will perform for years, those mech mods & high quality attys have something to be desired in more ways than one. To me it's a double edged blade, we can buy cheap, be better off on pocket for the short term & our health is kept better but the price of potentially iffy devices with short self life expectancy might well cost more over time than say, 1 high(ish) end set up that might keep trucking for eons. My own logic tells me to buy quality & reap the benefit for an age to come but at the same time i still find a use for some of that cheaper gear especially if it's for out & about where it might get dropped, dinged & scratched. My nice mechs & rdas, gennies stay at home for my lounging pleasure. .....Trying to stay on topic

I think it really is a case of getting what you pay for because even up to the £100 mark they are still basically cheapo factory forced devices. Some are better than others & of those you still have to find one you really like. i dunno, the run of the mill/regular stuff we get exposed to all over the place is not my idea of good spending.
I use some 20watt Isticks for work or out walking etc & i coudn't give a damn about those if they screw up, it's why i use them, they're cheap & i have no expectations of them but they do work well. The mid range vw boxes i wouldn't waste my wages on. If i was going to buy a serious vw device i would go for something in the higher end region but that's just me. As it goes i dont desire one. Other than that i use my mechs. A dual 18650 mech can give me 2 days between charges with a pair of decent batteries in & when the voltage drops off it's more subtle than a single tube mod. It's my answer to the vw conundrum. I could go for a 26650 tube i suppose but i just prefer the dual 18650 form. I don't like big chunky box mods but when they are well made & the tollerences are fine you can get a palm sized device, that is a cool device.... Just my thoughts.

yes vaporsizer - my favourite is the simple protank 2 with the airflow controller and the vapor shark as a battery - love the batteries which yiou can charge with a usb - squonking is quite fun and so are the kayfun and the lemo - but my all time favourite remains the protank 2 - and a nice glass of white wine and I love to mix my own liquids too Well i'll drink to that but it'll be a sharp bourbon on the rocks, none of that lady stuff for me happy daze ! The squonk is one of those things i have on a back burner, it'll surface one day but i'm afraid i'll enjoy it too much so it had better wait for now. One thing at a time & all that.

I've heard 2 things. 1. Replacing an oring stops it & 2. make sure the screw & hole are dry & clean before firmly screwing it in to prevent it wicking itself out.
I hav'nt got the tank but i read those comments elsewhere.
