Nope. I'm pretty certain I am doing it as described in posts/you tube vids. I think it is just a case of the liquid being too thick to be absorbed quickly by the wadding, but I couldn't find any posts on here describing similar problems?

Nothing exciting - only carto's because I'm finding that when changing carts but using the same atty's severe taste problems occur and I have 10 flavours so its not easy! In fact make that 11 as I may well have added some perique black to the basket before check out?!? And some drip tips in preparation for the carto's.... ...and a nice little 15 compartment storage box to keep all my bits in and off the kitchen worktops! (owt for a quiet life) Maccafan - it's definitely put into perspective and justified! I like to think of it as an investment. I'm investing into my future, which will now be a bit longer thanks to my purchases! Oh My God!!! This gets worse... ....add to that another 10 carto's (Standard) and some DC carto's (1.5 ohm), a few atty bands and 2 more juices (USA mix and RY4) I totally forgot I ordered those last night from safercigs. (Just been on there now looking at the challenger tanks and felt a little deja'vu) I really must stop this spending mallarky! Retail therapy anyone? Is it real? I do feel good - especially when the postie turns up bearing gifts!

Silly question Giz . . . but are you taking off the end plastic bung to fill them? I am. Should it be left on?

Sandra, how do you go about changing flavours? I now have some strange tasting cartomisers! I'm not sure what other people do but I'm keeping 1 carto per flavour, and then that way it stops cross-contamination of flavours. (I've just changed from carts/atty's to carto's for the same reason you mentioned - atty's seem to keep the previous carts flavour) I have about 8 flavours on the go and swap and change throughout the day - variety is the spice of life!

Oh, by the way I think all my juices are a VG/PG mix, and I've just read on a different thread that VG based juice is a lot harder to fill a carto with.

Wow! Quick on the draw there, thanks Perp.
I thought of a syringe, but as I have quite a few flavours to add I figured it would be time consuming washing/drying it after every fill. As it turns out it would probably have been lots quicker though!

Hi all,
My new carto's arrived this morning so I have spent this afternoon filling them up with juice....except it has taken me ages?!!! I have e-lites which I am refilling the 'disposable' carto's that came with it using the 'drip around the side' method, mainly because I had no rubber caps to use the 'condom' method with. This meant I could only get around 6 to 10 drops in each one.
Now that my new carto's came with rubber caps I thought I could fill them much quicker and to capacity...but I kid you not - it has taken me the best part of 2 hours to fill 9 of them!!!
I filled the caps with about 20 - 25 drops of juice and then slowly pressed the carto into the cap, threaded sided down. Now I've watched the vids on you-tube and it was really as simple as that, but when I did it the juice came straight through the centre tube. I didn't let it overflow at first, choosing instead to leave it in situ in order to soak up and return a few minutes later to push a little further. On each return their was no change, so in the end I opted to allow the juice to overflow and soak in from the top down, but it took forever for this to happen! ???
Could it be that the carto's I have are just un-absorbent, or that my juice is too thick or a mixture of both...or....I'm just a complete moron and have done it wrong?
Now that I have some filled I can drip fill them as and when I need to, but I still have others I would like to fill and now I'm not sure what way to do it to get the best/quickest results?
Any ideas???

I have also taken this offer up and got 6 x 10ml aaaaannndddd 3 for 2 on the 30ml juice.
Great service from these guys - Thanks for the emails Nick. I'm having problems with cross-contamination with my attys right now, so can't give an accurate review on all flavours, but have 10 carto's on order which will sort that out for me! I can say however, that capuccino is by far my favourite all dayer and has its own atty. Review to follow once all flavours tasted properly!

I like your style Kerby! I've spent about £130 so far and i reckon the kit I have should last about 2 to 4 months, with a couple of carto's along the way. I was spending about £3 a day on tobacco and filters etc so I should break even around the 1 month mark. Of course, as long as I don't start buying nice and shiny all the time (Dubious), I will only have the consumables to buy as I use up what I have so the overall cost will reduce over time.
Sweet!!!

before anyone points it out ...i do know cats dont have fingers But ours has hands.....or at least his front paws have been referred to as hands. (for example - when we open a tin of tuna and he appears, as if by magic from nowhere, we generally say something like: "get your hands off!") That is usually followed by something like "you little sh**!!!" as he ignores the warning and helps himself.
