Got one on the way, well when it gets here as per pre-order and wait. Me to, I'm waiting on Gearbest - think they said it would ship 25th Nov when I first ordered...

The Capella is nice jtc - not quite authentic coke - more like a decent supermarket cola - it plays really well with other concs - I use it in rum and coke, long island iced tea and a vanilla/coke/rum mix, will get back about the FA one - I believe it has a good fizz to it.

Went a bit mad while I was away on hols and ordered lots of samples from Flavour Arts - made them all up as 5.5.ml testers, all at between 4 and 5.5%:
Strawberry - I already have 3 but have heard this is the best... Jasmine - Had a fantastic cocktail while I was away called 'Bringing June Flowers' (!?) - a lime and floral flavour with just a touch of cucumber - gonna try and reproduce it Anise - already have a CCW version, but it's quite raw and too powerful - does not play well with other concs Cola - don't know why I ordered this - really like the Capella I already have Irish Cream - have the Capella - which is good, but this is said to be better Coconut - have a Liquid Barn which is OK, and a CCW which is revolting - hoping this will become my go to Banana - the Liquid Barn one I have is fine for background notes but want something more realistic Marzipan - will use this to sweeten almond recipes Gin - the Flavourmonks one is brilliant - but have heard very good things about this one Peanut - might make a peanut butter I really like!

A really nice fresh apple flavour, not too sweet, I liked it as a standalone but felt I'd mixed it too low - I had 3.5% and I think 5 or 6 would have been better, I reckon would go well with a bit of cooler. Could add just a little TPA Dragonfruit and a touch of sweetener for a slight sweet/sour/juicy effect? (tempted to try this myself!) I use it with a cucumber and mint martini mix, but not satisfied with this recipe yet. The recipe above look great so may try that too!

Cheers beedee , I know very little about different wire types! I'm still on the same roll of kanthal I got when I first started building my own coils, probably 3 years ago now!! I admire your restraint, keepitgoin, I can’t resist buying things just to find out what they are like! Three years vaping and I have 30 wires or more!

Oh, and put plenty of VG or juice on the O-rings to lubricate....

These might be worth grabbing and they're cheap enough over at fasttech etc This has saved me a lot of trouble over the year or so I've had it kingofswords! With the Goliath I've used this to hold it around the knurled section and a small screwdriver in the airhole to twist off the base section - screwdriver has to be just the right size, though.

I believe the Ni80 does not do temp control keepitgoin, it's Ni200 for that (I think this is because the Ni200 has more nickel in it). Must admit, the one time I tried Ni200 in temp control I was not impressed - I do like stainless steel, though, and you can use it in both temp control and wattage modes without worrying about very low ohms. Ni80 has a higher resistance that SS, but lower than Kanthal, and it does seem to heat up quicker than Kanthal.

Think your right, domesticextremist, though it seems to me to make a difference on the attys I have with angled airflows.

Sorry for delay in replying domesticextremist , but I could not find mine to check what I have in it! Turns out I have the coil bang in the middle of airflow, on a slant and I think it's a 3mm clapton with 4 wraps, though could be 2.5.

I seem to remember they did change how they made Nautilus coils at some point pxr5, there used to be a membrane around the outside of the cotton and they either stopped putting this in or changed the material to make them cheaper to manufacture, the general consensus seemed to be that they were not as good. I would go with Perpetua on this - I really liked the claptons before I turned to building my own. Be interested to hear if you find they make a difference.
