I agree Perpetua, coconut can be a bit much - I have a nice Liquid Barn Coconut Milk which I may use for this - but would try at a very low %, I tried it @ 4% as a tester and even then it was a bit strong for me. I also have the CW Coconut, which I found so awful as a tester even I could not get through a tank of it! spacey - the explanation of how this sort of concentrate mix came about makes sense - I've seen Fruitstone and Nutstone somewhere. I like the sound of the FW Creamy Coconut - damn - another flavour to buy... I quite like the idea of having a ready made creamy 'base' I know I like to test out new flavours in, as well as doing a one shot test.

Hi jtc - this is a flavour concentrate base mix, not a juice mix! This looks nice Perpetua, this might suit my tastes more, not that I don't like coconut - just that I don't want it in a whole lot of mixes!

I see a previous thread on this - one recipe I've seen is: PG 25% Bavarian Cream 45% Coconut Extra 20% Sweet Cream 10% All TPA Another variation (that gets very good reviews) is here: linkHeard it described as a cream base to be used at around 15% alone or in mixes, some seem to use as low as 2% - am curious, and wondered if anyone has tried it, and what in. Does it give everything a coconut flavour, or is the coconut just a background note? If people on here think well of it, might give it a try!

I was very cynical about claptons, aliens etc - but found myself getting some really good results in single coil setups in terms of flavour so began to choose them more and more, have gone on to try SS claptons. I am careful with the build, though, as vaping at very high watts is not my thing - so ramp up time can be a pain (press button, go and feed cat, return, get some vapour....), also, I tend not to like Claptons in Mechs.

I have a ShenRay Hadaly Style, with a Clapton 26/32 3.5mm coil in it (5 wraps - around 0.8ohm). Use it on my regulated squonkers and love it! Good reccomendation thebishman.

I'm afraid I chucked all my dregs bottles, mostly tobaccos - I had resolved to vape them but, when I started I was really disliking them - too much throat hit - then I rememberd to check the amount of Nic in them and found they all had between 12-14mg (I've been vaping at 6 for a while now). This means I get to do some new testers and find out which I really like!

No-one will think your questions are dumb here, Tykess , I found people on this forum really helpful when I started and still do. You sound very organised - scales, calculator, bottles lined up... brill. Some, (me included) have been a bit more, erm, random I think is the word...

Hi unseen . Always good to see new mixers. I switched to PG NiC after getting my first batch in VG, because VG is very thick and more difficult to use with syringes. As Postmodern Smoking says, if you are going over 21% flavouring at 70% VG, you would have to drop the ratio of VG for each additional % of flavouring - so the closest you'd be able to get with say, 25% of flavour would be 66% VG. On the other hand, if you used a VG based flavour, it would not matter. Notice you are getting scales - so syringes won't be a problem, and I find VG quite easy to pour accurately because it is slower than PG. Ah, choices, choices! As with everything vaping, there is no best, just what you prefer...
