Love this genre but haven't really got anything to add as most the stuff I have read.
Eddings, Feist, Hobb et all all cover my book shelves.
In fact not only here but feature heavily in the 8 boxes sitting around my sisters house in the UK...must either move home or get them shipped out to me lol

Still not pulled the trigger but....think it will be coming.
Find myself wanting to play with some silica stuff. Picked up the original Beautiful KaiFun clone and rather liked it but hated the 1ml capacity. Have the new version coming but need to arrange to meet the guy who has it.
Yep think at the price going to have to give it a go.

Have been playing with this for about 2 months and yep wicks very well. In fact too well for me. I use mainly VG liquids and too much tilting leads to gurgles. Can't be doing with the gurgles so have gone back to mesh. Hi Andy, Did you use ribbon kanthal, if so, what size? Cheers. Yes I have a couple of types that translate to 28 and 30 AWG. Not sure how that translate but .20 is 32 AWG. Do like it a lot. Doesn't mean I have hung up kanthal completely but certainly worth playing with. It seems to be more robust in the .20 equivalent that I have run out of and yes will be getting more. It is another one of those finds that incrementally improves the vape rather than being a game changer for me. I have been using it for 3 months or so and have come down to the thought that the improvement is down to the increase in area touching the wick. Easy set up, definitely worth a dart.

I have all the devices mentioned...hold on I sold the AC9. Anyways have used all of them and now own 3.
There is something odd going on with the prices of secondhand Cobra's. I live in the States and you regularly see them for $100, don't hold that against me I just live here but have a passport from over there missionary work if you will. Anyway that price is a steal for a Cobra.
That said.... don't be looking for a great leap forward in your vape. The RSST and AGA T2 are really good devices and while the Cobra is better made etc and does perform very well the other 2 are not really that far behind. Have to admit that the RSST made me sell the AC9. The AC9 is a better atty but not 4 times better as represented by the price.

Have had the Diver order page open all day, still is open.
Haven't pulled the trigger yet but suspect that I will before the weekends out.

Love my little AGA S.
I use it as a straight up geny. When I first got it was using solid wicks in everything and to be honest I thought the S was a dud.
A couple of weeks later I was playing with it and made up a hollow wick and....wow. Flavour and vape and really well behaved. This is sitting on my Sturm mod while waiting on Pandora. Have had a few attempts at replacing it with far more expensive devices and the S usually finds it's way back to the Sturm.

There really isn't a step backwards for the individual.
Do what is right for you.
I dug out my sole carto tank last weekend as I was given a mesh based prototype carto to try. I had 8 tanks at one point but since getting into rebuildables they have all been sold other than my Phiniac tank that I just don't seem able to give up.
Anyways if it works for you go for it. Carto tanks really are not all the fiddly once you are used to them.

2.4 ohm will work but if you want to try a warmer vape try something with a lower resistance.
There are usually options around 1.8 ohms that will increase vape production. Have owned both the Ego and the Argento and both solid performers.

Vaping has simply turned in to a hobby for me.
Part of it is chasing that perfect vape but really an Ego and a 1.5 ohm atty is pretty damned good.
That said I am the same as pikey in that I don't own an Ego. I have a plethora of VV and mech devices. Some get used consistently on a daily basis some get used occasionally and those that I realise I don't use at all get sold on.
My Sturm and VMod's just simple 3.7 mechs I guess see the most use along with ProVari's but there are a range of things I am still looking to get and play with. I am trying not to turn into a collector though I feel those tendencies and really regret selling some of the things that have passed through my possession.
But hey it is all good and also a lot of fun.

There are a couple of routes to go down. Both are successful but really is up to the people that use them.
I am the same as the majority here in that I use big battery PV's in preference to Ego's etc. There are a whole bunch of people that do not and would rather carry say 2 or 3 Ego battery's around with them. I just confuse things as I usually have 2 or 3 mods with me when out...just paranoid about being vapeless.
Neither is right...neither is wrong just personal preference.
My brother is in the UK and has 4 Ego batterys he rotates through and that keeps him happy which is what it is all about. My perspective is I really don't want to think about battery life I just want to vape. I change out the battery's on the mods I am using on a daily basis then done. Don't have to think or worry about it again for 24 hours.
I still have a couple of Ego batterys but don't think I even know where they.....oh yes I do I sent them to my brother.
I would second the Joye 18650 mod. I had a pair that were my first big battery mods and since then you can tweak the voltage as well but I would wait on that one just buy low resistance carto's or atomizers and 3.7 will work a treat.

I usually take the lazy route of throwing them in the dish washer then running distilled water through them a couple of times but then I only make juice for me.

So I hear from my family.
We just got buffeted a bit by the storm that hit up north but nothing bad this year.

Been about 16 - 18 here so quite cold for here let me add.
Trouble is work has been insistent on sending me to exotic climbs such as Kansas and Wisconsin. After not having left Florida in winter for 6 years....bit of a shocker let me tell you ! Seriously had to buy a coat as I haven't worn one since moving over here.

Seems like the last time I wandered over here was July time.
Whoops were does the time go when your having fun !
Can't really advise as most of the time has been working but the vaping is as much fun as ever.
So see the usual suspects are still present lol Perpetua, Chrissie, Gordy, Macca etc. Respect !
All that has changed is that I went a bit geny and hybrid mental for a few months. Settled down now, sort of. Did manage to own most of them at one point of another but now just have a couple of hybrids, few nice geny's and a plethora of Chinese geny's. Seem to have a fair few dripping RBA's as well but not really using them much.
Looking around see the AGA wave has hit everywhere. Really for the price really are outstanding.
Still using bottom feeders on a daily basis with a 1.5 atty as part of the daily rotation.
Managed to touch base with a UK vaper that visited Orlando a few weeks ago which was nice. Don't think she was representive as I came across her on Facebook but good to catch up.
Currently waiting on 50ml of the legendary Grant's Vanilla Custard to make it's way through New York customs. It is my first investigation of UK juice. Looking forward to that.
