Try 325 mesh and a 200SF mesh topper wrap (above the point where it goes through the deck.)
Don't know if you are on Facebook but the VWM group has a thread specifically for builds on the Nextasis. Builds vary. I have exeprienced the same as you, my second attempt as above was certainly better than my first wick made entirely of 200SF mesh. Can't turn the power up over 18-20w without getting a dry hit if I chain vape. I need to experiment more.

RBA = Rebuildable Atomiser
If you don't go for the RBA deck for your subtank, take a look at the tanks from Wotofo, they have produced some good ones this year. Decent quality and not expensive and reasonably easy to get.

Since we're on the subject of detailing, anyone know how to shift algae? Where I park my car gets full sun all day in the summer but come the autumn, one side is in the shade after 3-4pm. Result, with the damp, one side of the car goes progressively green. Regular washing is only partly effective and algae stinks of cat pee when wet  Any ideas? Park the car the other way round. |

Just to let you all know that 3 students are coming to this meet, they want to film some of it as they are making a documentary about the rising culture of vaping. They have said that they will ask people’s permission before filming them. Are they bringing Hair & Make Up and providing On site catering?????? Tease-smiley |

I also bought a Kayfun clone from China.....looks nice in its box at the moment  I would be really grateful for any tuition you (and any others) would be willing to share  I'll be happy to help you with that. As its a China made atty give it a good wash out, some of their atty's come come a free supply of machine oil which doesn't taste nice. |

Help please. I bought a 30ml bottle of 60/40 juice but selected the wrong mg in error. I want to add some nicotine to make it 6mg.
If I buy some 7.2% nicotine what do I need to add to the bottle? PG or VG nicotine? A bit of both?
While I enjoy building coils mixing is something I really am not interested in getting in to but it seems this bloody TPD is forcing me that way as quite a few e liquid producers are going to supply pre-mixed concentrates instead of fully mixed e liquid.

Definitely use fewer wraps 6-7 and space them out. I think I get a better vape with spaced coils and you get less heat concentration on your wick. KFL may not wick juice well enough for a hot coil, pay close attention to your wicking. Don't leave too much wick on the deck and make it fluffy before gently tucking it in.

Small flat head persision screw driver is what you need. You'll need to dig it in underneath the o rings but it will work.
I actually found that using the K5 wore the o rings in a bit and now mine never gets stuck. I still make sure that the o ring at the base of the deck and bottom of the threads that the tank is screwed to are lubed before I put my tank back on after cleaning.
Not sure whether replacing your o rings is the answer to the problem you are having.
