Jam!

jam is difficult because it's more about a mouth-feel than a taste. You can load strawberry with sweetener.......and it will be sweet strawberry......it's never going to feel like jam A bit of NY cheesecake ....or a bit of toasted marshmallow....will thicken it slightly. Apart from that I got nothing.....sorry jam is about bread and butter stuff...isn't it. A mix? So kreed I reckon you got it. Add the flavours of whatever but the syrup of a fruit should come thru somehow? Dunno...testing later in the year.

Jam!

I'm gonna try some stuff this year thebishman . I grow a lot of strawberries aimed at eating on the spot and freezing. The processing of freezing turns the strawbs into a dense syrup apart from frozen strawbs. Add to PG/VG and go? Jam processing is similar That will likely work with other stuff What an interesting idea calnorth. Be sure to let us know what happens. I must try growing strawberries. I love them! I grow them in approx 40 cms wide tubs (Wilko) and with non peat. I goto the local stables and get well rotted manure to sit them on. I use the old english strawbs (victorian). They are quite big and very robust and once you grow them you get the runners to propagate on...no added expense. They are always ready at/before Wimbledon finals day...no matter what freaking climate change is doing! Blanche with sugar/freeze and then defrost. I'm pretty sure that flavour in thick syrup will flow right through vapes. Should apply to blackberry/currants...those sharp flavours that mellow with sugar. Sugar...oh dear? I'll do it alright!

unscrew it and take it off. Check that there's no obstructions for the plate to fit back. Check with the plate only Fit the plate back first ensuring it lays flush...then screw the screw in and not too tight Thanks calnorth, Chris took it into the garage and now all straight and easy to remove. If I'd tried to do this with my cack hands I'd be having to buy a new one anubis Pleased to hear it anubisThat screw carries the power to the coil, so care has to be taken. When the plate is off the threaded hole going into the base has a grub screw in it to adjust air flow. Its a very cheap and good unit I find...its a Styled thing but so far for me no leaks. Unless I forget to screw the tank body down to refill and even then its not like a Kanger flood. Well done!

phtumshk The length is 53 mm excluding the 510 thread & short drip tip. IMO, this is a first class atomiser for those who prefer lung to mouth vaping. I shall be ordering more of these V3`s. Blimey..never heard of that way of vaping before! How do you do that jeff? oooo-er, didn't see that either?

Amazing some of the states this country is in...military sites. I worked in one in the RAF during the 60's: (deep down) www.bushywood.com/history/RAF_Wartling_Radar_Stations_Sussex_World_War_Two.htmI grow Toms and Peppers in the G_house also. Did Ailsa Craig toms in a raised bed last year..very good result. Strawbs are really worth it..in the freezer for supply during winter. I'll vape them at some point? Most of my stuff is in pots because I sit on a sandstone hill. Lots of watering by hand...not gone auto on that. Yours is a serious project and more! Thanks for posting this calnorth. What a fascinating read...even more so because i live about 30mins away from that and i didnt even know it was there! There's another one near you then thebishman...on top of Beachy Head more or less opposite the old cafe that might be there still? Beachy Head Radar. Go up there and wonder about the big hole under your feet? www.subbrit.org.uk/rsg/sites/b/beachy_headTh last radar head there was this: (dismantled late 50's I think?)

I did similar to yourself lobeydosser last year with 2 raised beds at half the height of yours. I dug down somewhat. I'm just south of Brum. Its a costly business alright..for not a lot. Very interesting though. I have the same greenhouse. I discounted root crops...takes too long. So its small veg, toms, strawbs, flowers and herbs. I goto the local stables for free rotted manure, so no big composters which is another long job. Recycle via tub composter using tiger worms...which often arrive with the manure. Bees...the honey bees were late last year, so tickling stick it was. I now raise leaf cutter bees that do more local work than honey bees and are much less aggro. They don't want my beer/wine either. I don't want honey and stung! I am about the same age as you without any war/wear out wounds...at the moment! Watch out...its now vine weevil time.

But you aint managed to loose the side screw and a wire screw from a subtank rebuildable base on a grey carpet Not yet. It often pays to have all screwdrivers magnetized and a big magnet to wave around the floor/carpet. Take any large loudspeaker and wreck it?

I have a Sony Xperia T droid which I don't browse with (and its camera is crap). So have not experienced virus or malware. Plenty of apps on it though. However, the clear up procedure appears to be this: If you believe you already have a virus on your Android phone - perhaps one that is resisting your attempts to uninstall the associated app or even let you bypass the lock screen - a factory reset will remove it, returning your device to its out-of-the-box state. But doing so also means you'll lose everything on your phone that's not backed up. www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/google-android/how-remove-virus-from-android-phone-or-tablet-summary-mazar-3633110/The bolded bit tells me that if you have backed up and that has the virus (whatever), as with PC's when you restore your backup...back comes the virus/malware. So, to be sure..you likely need to run your droid without any apps from an external source to see what happens. If ok with the standard (factory) configuration add apps one by one and check behaviour of each one. A slow job I'd say.

Getting a lot of leaks while Im waiting on the wire Ended up ordering off a seller on amazon and also got a pointy proddy coiler thing Seems the leaks are coming from the airflow holes If I lay the tanks on their sides like I did my trusty old protanks, I get leaks Protanks, never leaked in two years of using them, bung them on a mod in a jacket pocket, no leaks Lay the subtanks on their side and its pocket puddles I take it the leaks are to do with the amount of wick used? Think thats right. I usually get a leak after refilling a bottom fill tank. I keep them standing vertical because the tank will leak if laid horiz. Always happens when I'm not looking! I overcame the kettling (booming) and flooding (gurgle) effects, and was fixed by wicking adequately. Currently I think my wicking is not dense enough where any holes are....hence the odd leak. I sometimes spot a bubble arising out of the atty...I suppose it would since there are vent holes below for the draw. Suddenly thinking of one way air valve? Its not seals for the most part.

I thought it best to ask in case there was any magic rule of thumb and newby errors with the rebuildable heads ie more wire for a better vape, if there is such a rule I was going to do that lee...I thought. Only FT sent me a Coilmaster with 4 coiling poles missing. Now searching my drill box. I suspect its a bit of trial and error...too many variables? Did not notice any diagram anywhere with a family of curves for the AWG types.
