Some of you know that I have recently upgraded my set-up, going from VSII batts and cartos to a Plato and a Pico. We're all getting on famously but I do have 3 questions. 1) On average, how long will the Nautilus/NautX coils last? The old Kanger (then Boge, yuck!) cartos needed changing every 4-5 days and I've read that people change these coils every couple weeks (or more). Is that so? Really? A couple of weeks?? 2) I've got my juice from the same place ever since Vape Escape shut it's doors (sad, sad day) and it's 70/30. Whilst researching for my new kit I ran across several sites/vids that said 60/40 or even 50/50 was best. Is this correct or just a matter of taste? 3) My juice(s) of choice is simply RY4 to which I like to add a few drops of menthol. This wasn't an issue with the old cartos, it was 10 drops of RY4 and 2 of menthol to top up. With the tanks on the Plato and a Nautilus X 4ml on the Pico, I don't want to be counting drops, lol, so thought about pre-mixing in say a 50ml bottle. Will it stay 'mixed' in the bottle or does it 'separate', do the 2 flavours blend or no? I do hit times when vaping when it's a bit more tobacco or a bit more menthol but nothing too bad, but then the box is getting jostled around just using it. Thank you

Ok, ok, ok Not tooooo lazy, lol, but have neck/shoulder issues and I like to read in bed and have always vaped whilst doing so. Old setup was a stick batt and carto so no troubles, but I wasn't keen on tipping the Plato practically upside down and rolling onto my side can be an issue. Will have a look at the links, Postmodern SmokingHas everyone stopped giggling now?

As in trying to when I'm lying down Is there some sort of longer/angled/bendable 510 compatible tip available here in the UK?

Hi shazzaHere is the airflow control on the bottom of the device I use the Nautilus BVC coil at 10-12W You can barely see any of the holes on mine and worked ages to get it just right so I've made two tiny marks on the bottom to line up the little twister handle thingy should it get moved

Reporting in Think that I've pretty much settled, I seem to be happy at 12.5W which the little display says is 4.8v (+/-) on firing. I don't see any proper holes on the airflow so must be closed down quite tight, lol. Using the tip off of my old set up to help me feel more 'at home'. Only one issue really, on the rare occasion I am getting just a very slight burnt taste, as if the coil isn't wet but it definitely is. This seemed more pronounced when I was trying it at 13W, but didn't like that setting anyway so... Also, a forum etiquette Q. - Now that I've got the new kit I was asking about, should I start another thread for questions I have on it or just continue on here? I'm sure there will be a few, lol
