Hi
I have just heard about this in the forums and now visited the site teec (hope I'm allowed to say that! sorry if not)
I would like to try the ecigs but very confused what I should by a beginner
I am a 20 a day and smoked for about 40 years.
Tried practically every way known - NHS, hypnosis, acupuncture plus all the normal aids
Can anyone recommend me something from that site please - I am confused
Thanks in advance :-)

Hello & welcome from me too Irene. I started with a DSE901 and was very happy with it for a couple of months ( still use it from time to time now ) then I discovered this board and went on to buy a Riva & a Tornado which are essentially the same thing. If you have a little more cash to invest on a ecig and are not bothered about it looking like a real ciggy I'd suggest going for a Tornado as they do have a bit more oomph and the battery life is a bit better. As Chris said TECC is the place to buy from with their fab sale atm - I'd start with buying a couple of 10ml ejuice bottles until you find the sort of flavours you like. James is a super ejuice supplier, there's a link to his site in his sig/posts. Good luck and look forward to hearing how you get on.

Hi Irene, Welcome to the forum.... I started with the dse 901 and stayed with it. I used to smoke 20+ roll-ups a day (fat ones) and smoked for over 40 years. Good luck....

Hi there Irene - I recommend you get (1) if you want a "small" e-cig that looks a bit like a real one, the DSE901 Mini or the 510 Titan from TECC; (2) if you want a stronger, longer lasting model that lots of members like, the Tornado from TECC (I'm not biased, I'm not using either of those ) And buy a bottle of juice from Jimmybat @ Paradise Vapes (see his signature) scylla
