I love the Snow

We're in a small village in the South Hams area of South Devon.
We are about 30mins from lovely beaches,wild moors and cathedral city by car
We can be in Totnes or Torquay or Paignton or Brixham or Newton Abbot in 15 mins
We can be on Dartmoor,in Dartmouth,in Teignmouth, Shaldon or Dawlish in 25 mins
We can be in Exeter in 30 mins
and in Cornwall in 45mins!
We are blessed

Can I just point out how jealous I am of those who live in Cornwall...my ultimate dream would be to live in a fishermans cottage, by the harbour in Padstow or St Ives...until I win the lottery I'll have to make do with a weeks holiday once year.

Edinburgh,
today saw the start off the snow this year and for the first time in 10 years living here pipes have frozen.

Although orginally from Middlesex, then some years in Hertfordshire.

It's perishing cold here today as well skeandhu, a light frosting of snow - but nothing too disruptive as yet, thankfully.

I have been living in Crete, Greece for over three years now and lovin it.

We are nearly into winter here which lasts 2 months and temperature today was 24c.
