I've made a wee printout with web addresses, prices, etc to print off as i'm constantly being asked about my ecig and where to get one when im out at the smoking shelter and im never sure they'll remember the addie i give them or the best deals at the time, one person who got the info from a student on the ward (cos i wasn't on that day) paid £40 for a starter kit to my knowledge, 5 nurses have bought one since seeing me happily ensconced (sp) in a cloud of vapour....lol Purely for simplicity, i always recommend a 901

Mine's a pink mini 901 .. after a week doing great with those, I bought 5 spare batteries, 5 atomizers and another bottle of wicked 36mg liquid ..
This week I ordered an in-car charger and some more liquid .. I feel I've got the hang of it now although I'm still stunned and so pleasantly surprised that I've not even been tempted to buy a sneaky packet of cigs ..
I really would recommend the e-cig to anyone who wants to quit smoking.

Congratulations - so glad you're enjoying your 901, it's a great starter and there's no need to move to another type other than for the longer battery life. The 901 produces a good amount of vapour without loss of flavour. The shorter battery life is more than made up for with a PCC. Having said that, I'm vaping away on a Tornado with Decadent Vapors' cafe braziliano juice right now! Fox

Fox Foxy .. can I ask what a PCC is ? .. am still no up to date with all the jargon .. it's like learning another language. A PCC is a Portable Charging Case. Using one of these means you will have a fully charged battery all the time. Review HERE My PCC takes only automatic batteries although you can pull the button off to charge a manual - however, doing that is far too fiddly (you might lose the button) and defeats the purpose of having a battery 'on the go.' If you're a heavy vaper, it's a good idea to take another fully charged battery in your pocket just in case you vape quicker than the battery recharges. If you use your 901 in the same way as you did a regular cigarette, you will have no problem. Item HERE and if you do decide you want one, don't forget the code ECR69 will get you a very useful 15% discount. Fox PS: You may need to wait a little while for the clip to load if your PC is as rubbish as my laptop!

I'm vaping away ... with Decadent Vapors' cafe braziliano Is that a prepared e-lquid or the flavouring? I've got the flavouring, I put a few drops in some very mild Camel and am not getting any coffee-like taste, just something fairly horrible So the search for cheap strong coffee goes on scylla

Thanks for the links Foxy ..
This might be a silly question .. can anyone give me a rough idea of how long the mini 901 chargers last before they conk out completely ? .. or do they last quite a while ?
Also, how often does the TECC site tend to have special offers on ? ... just thinking out loud .. no point buying spares if there's a discount coming up soon.

Lilac - Liberty Flights have a good range of 901 colours and a 15% discount (use the code ECR69) which is around 10% better than anyone else I've found. However, the Vapor Station kits are the best value for money you'll find - you get two full units (two batteries and two atomizers) and the price is excellent. Scylla: Cafe Braziliano is a pre-mixed flavour from the Decadent Vapors range on Totally Wicked's site. It's a bit on the pricey side but TW had a 20% discount on the DV range for one day only last Friday. They run a Friday Facebook discount code scheme. As to how long the chargers last, that's 'how long is a piece of string.' I've never lost a battery charger yet except for one where I got a Tornado adapter stuck in it and broke it!! Fox

Thanks Foxy, i'll go look at LF, but i liked the idea of the manual & automatic batteries in the kit, would give him a chance to decide which he preferred, dont know of anyone else who offers both... im undecided as to whether to just get the blacklight kit, if he likes it, he can always buy a couple of batteries with blue led's if he wants to... ahhhhh...decisions, decisions

I hereby command you to get the flavouring and do a comparison for me scylla

Lilac, I read on ECF that VS is awaiting new stock coming in. Like many of the suppliers they have been hit with delays in new stock arriving due to the Chinese New year holidays.
Moghirl, as Foxy says, it's really impossible to say how long a charger will last. In the months I was using 901 chargers, I never had a problem with either of them.
Also not sure how often TECC site has offers on. There are discount codes kicking around for quite a few sites though.
