Brilliant thread, thanks ckc I started off in early July 2008 with a super-mini RN4081. I still think that is a brilliant very reliable e-cig & the atomisers seem to last forever. I then changed to the mini DSE901. IMHO I still think this is the best one to recommend to new users. Better vape & throat hit than the super mini. Plus, it is one of the cheapest to buy & most available. The down side for me has been that DSE901 atomisers aren't as robust as the RN4081. Next, last Christmas I bought a Screwdriver. www.cavecom.com/screwdriver/shop/01silvermini.htmAlthough I still think it is a very good mod, & well done to Trog the creator of it for being one of the firsts, to me the down side is the button (breakable & unlockable) & it's placement. Same as ckc, I now mainly only use the GG Grant with lockable button. It's completely mechanical - ie, no wires or solder & nothing will break if it gets dropped. I'm also using Totally Wicked's 901 atties with the 3.7v battery in my GG & their Titan 510 atties with Imeo's adapter while using the GG Grant @ 6v. LOL, also at the moment I'm vaping juice bought from Health Cabin (Must email Amy & let her know about our new forum). Mines 36mg Marlboro.

I am on the RN4081 - I bought my first nearly a year ago - and am still using it. Never tried anything else I have had 4 batteries (the oldest) die completely - lost 2 atomisers (but not had any die) and that is it for casualties! I now have something like 20 batteries - which I use randomly in rotation - including 7 black wicked ones with the logo (the ones the fuss about the return policy is about). I have 3 atomisers I haven't even broken in yet - and rotate 6 regularly (well 5 at the min - due to last lost one ) I buy juice from Jason and the Dutch website - and have from a couple of others in the last bargain hours of ebay.... I buy a lot of spares from Simon. I have one complete kit which has a slightly different serial number on it - but otherwise everything is RN4081 - and the good news is - the slightly fat atomiser that came with the odd one from Hong Kong now fits - I sanded it lightly with a nail file & it doesn't stick any more I use mostly Jason's juices - love Black tea / camel / state express. I mix them randomly with glycerine. I also have Loran chocolate flavour which I bung in - and my latest taste is for banana!! The only other thing I have is a passthrough - which again is going strong - and is slightly more powerful than the batteries - thus useful with a sluggish atomiser.

Oct 08 I started with the DSE901 which I later found out was a RN4075 .
Nov 08 I started using as Screwdriver and have been using it for the last 10 months.
Wont be buying any new toys as I am happy with the one I have.
Last atomiser purchase 20 came from Amy Healthcabin in april and all the ones I have used so far have performed very well.
Favourite liquid.... British Bulldog 14mg - JC - Simon ecigs 555 11mg - TW Green Tea 16mg - Janty Fargo 16mg - Janty
The last batch of Bulldog was not anywhere near as good as the original, I am currently waiting to see if the next batch is nearer the mark.

She does now Migsie I've just emailed her As with Simon of e-cigs.co.uk, I've never heard a bad word about Amy, in fact the opposite. Everyone on ECF rightly praises her, especially for her customer service.

Hi Amy .
I bought 20 atomisers from Amy I have 11 left, gave 2 away, have used 7 , not had any duds.
Works out I am now getting over 3 weeks to an atomiser vaping 60 ml liquid.
The ones I bought before May used to die around the 2 week mark vaping 40ml liquid.

Ok everyone - I have finally tried my E-cig but was so unimpressed I thought I must have been doing something wrong - rubbish taste, little smoke, no kick. . . hopeless. So I had a look at it - low battery, low juice . . yep I had it wrong ok!! So charged battery, replaced cartridge and it's now a whole lot better - still rubbish taste. I've been keeping an eye on the forum and been able to glean some information except for one point. . . . I smoke low tart cigs - really low (0.1mg nic, 1mg Tar). I would like to make sure that I am not vaping more nicotine that I have been smoking. Anyone able to relate amounts of nicotine in juice to equivalent amounts in cigs? Probably depends on E-cig (haven't a clue what type I have - white and says 'mini cigarette' on the white battery stem). Any help would be really appreciated. Just bought some Virginia flavoured juice from OK Smokey. Lord knows what I'll do with it!!!
