Congrats to you Lynda. I used to feel really pink 'n proud posting on my 'anniversary' but the spectre of the proposed ban has taken the gilt off the gingerbread somewhat. Still, at least the poor lungs have been given a goodish rest. Fox  |

Just popped in to say that today is 14 weeks tobacco free for me.... And it's all thanks to this forum and the ecig. I have to admit that I don't use the ecig very often at all now, but it has played such a huge part in me having stopped smoking for over three months that I have stocked up on spares just in case I need them in the future. I so desperately want to quit smoking and the ecig has made it possible when all else failed for forty years. May the powers-that-be come to their senses soon. Thanks again to all on here - yes, I'll stay in touch... Now my 4 month old grandson is calling for my attention. |

I is all excited I am going back to Vegas on the 12th July for 8 days to see dawn at the flavour shack..... and of course the hot hot hot weather and sun and games woo hoo ... Oh an got a whole lot of flavours to bring back like Pound cake and a good few others all excited James |

Have a lovely trip, James, i've only been to the states once, 2 years ago, but i loved it and i'm flying to Heathrow on Thurs night, so pleeeeeeease Mr volcano, behave.......now would be nice, so there's no big backlog by Thurs........oh and if it's not asking too much, could you be good till the Mon, so i can get home again....  *Goes off to google volcano placating spells* |
