So, reading between the lines of all this FDA stuff, if ejuice is to be classed as a tobacco product, rather than a drug that needs banning completely . . . . can we expect to be taxed accordingly?

That's the big question, perpetua, it's all about money. Right now we are not paying any taxes on e-cigs or e-juice. Every smoker who switches to vaping means more tax revenue lost to the states and federal government. I don't see how they could justify taxing e-cigs/juice at the same amount as cigarettes, but we will most definitely see taxes in the future on brick and mortar store sales. I don't see how they can collect taxes on Internet sales, at least not yet.
