looking for tobacco tasting alcohol free e-liquid!

Hi there, I am just about to order my first e-cig kit but I am looking for a real as possible tobacco tasting e-liquid but I need it to be alcohol free, I am a recovering alcoholic so I wouldn't feel comfortable if the e-liquid had any booze in it..........does anyone have any suggestions, all the organic alcohol free I have found seem to be in nice flavours but as I am trying to hopefully replace ciggies.......I want them to taste as faggy as possible lol!

Hi there,
I don't vape any tobacco liquids that taste like tobacco. A lot of people find very quickly that they don't like liquids that are too close to real cig tasting and move over to fruity/mentholly types.

she doesn't have any tobacco flavours, but she doesn't put alcohol in her juices.
Hope someone can advise you on zero alcohol tobacco juices, but I mostly wanted to say hi as I'm also in recovery too

Hey Ellen, thanks so much for the hi it's funny writing "recovering alcoholic" as I don't normally say that I am just an alcoholic but if I wrote I am an alcoholic I thought people reading the post would see me typing swigging at a bottle and swearing to myself hahaha! do you think someone going from ciggies to vaping could get on with non tobacco juices straight away (I realise it would vary from person to person but just in your opinion?)

Yes, I'd say so. This happened to me. When I first started vaping I assumed that I would only be satisfied by something that tasted like a cig (preferably a roll up), but I quickly realised it didn't matter to me.

hi Kuro......ty and yeah it's the rollie taste I am assuming I will be looking for too! I guess as I will be smoking rollies aswell as vaping (as suggested on this brill site) there would be no problem with trying flavoured and seeing how I got on.........now I just have to choose the flavours!

When I first started smoking I got fed up of tobacco flavours pretty quickly. None tasted like real cigs imho and all the other flavours were so exciting. if you ever smoked menthol (even occasionally) a menthol flavour one may be a better first choice for you! And without wanting to sound patronizing well done on the alcohol recovery! Remember we're all recovering / recovered addicts here so don't feel ashamed!!!

I think some people do yes, from what I've read on forums, people say there are very few tobacco juices that are really like tobacco, I think the El Toro Cigarellos (or however it's spelt) are supposed to be close, but I think they are made from real tobacco leaves.

There are some others that are supposed to be close also, but I don't know if they have alcohol.

Once people's taste buds come back and they realise that there are amazing flavours, like the ones that Grizwalds and Pixie Juice make, very few people stick to anything that tastes like a cig as their only vape.

Don't be put off by the dessert/fruity description of some juices, one of the juices I could vape forever is coconut mint chocolate chip ice cream.....it's refreshing and not at all sickly.

I try to avoid alcohol in juices and it worried me a lot when I first started vaping, I read a lot about the arguments for and against vaping certain juices if you're alcoholic, a lot say that any alcohol that's vaped is negligible, that really is up to you and I don't think there has been enough research yet.

Hey Rat, not patronizing atall, it's always really nice to hear ty..........I did feel really odd including in my post but I am what I am and starting to become rather proud of it! and ty for the advice

Most of them are mixed with a little alcohol yup

I don't drink alcohol and never have, which is just as well as I'm not allowed to with all the medication I take. I don't vape tobacco flavour juices, but if there's alcohol in all e juice, then I'll have to give up vaping.

It depends on what you vape Anne, some vendors like Pixie don't use any and as I said, there's a big argument that any alcohol in e-liquid is not taken into the bloodstream at a noticeable level when vaped

From what I understand,there is only a minute drop of alcohol in e liquids if any at all,and that is just burned off,but I wont claim to be an expert on the subject
