 The last time he emailed me was re the links in our old e-cig group, so instantly thought I was in trouble again due to my posts on Mecanno's Seller central thread But no - he wants me to send him a screen shot to show the problems about some eBay groups not being able to use the attachment facility to upload pics. Er, how the heck can you do a screen shot of the upload "wheel" going round & round for ever ???

Crikey, I bet your little heart went a pitter patter Chris . . . I know mine would! How you do a screenshot to demonstrate the problem I really don't know, although I did read that groups that have been set up since the change over haven't experienced any problems with uploading/attaching pictures to a post. Borne out by the fact I could post a picture in the now closed Birdy group . . . although in my own, which was transferred over to the new format it's still an impossibility. |

Lol, hardly dared to open & read the email Several of us have posted about the glitch on the Next generation Board, explaining what happens. James just keeps going on about leaders needing to allow attachments! Then he posted saying this was no longer necessary due to a new update. One old transferred group I belong to, attachments work - 2 others they don't - including our old All about e-cig eBay group. |

Do use the screenshot, Chrissie. BTW the box at the bottom "Opera Turbo is not currently available, etc" also showed up when I tried an attachment on an OK board subsection, and the attachment loaded instantly, so it doesn't give a clue to the problem. scylla  |

Thanks Scylla  The new ebay platform is getting worse instead of better. All threads now have double spacing between paragraphs - looks awful! |

Yes, and if you highlight text and click the I or B to italicise/bold, the text after the selected text gets all squashed up - yet it doesn't affect the posted appearance ???
What is worst of all for me is the inability to return to a thread where one left off, I've given up.

Me three! Plus only being able to see the post you have clicked reply on when the reply box (eventually) loads. That is especially bad in groups as you are very seldom just replying to the one post in a thread. OK you can get round it by having 2 windows open (or better still by having a good memory  ) but it is all such a pain & so user unfriendly. |

This is what happens to the text when I highlight + B or I:  And this is one I bolded, then clicked below the quote to start a reply, that's when the bolded text scrunched up:  But as said, it doesn't affect the preview or final post ???
