Ooooo-errrr!! I've just had a phone call re the place I put a 'bid' on!!!! The lady is coming to see me on Wednesday about 1pm!! Now I'm scared!!

I thought they may have received my updated info I posted on Friday - but no. I have copies here though.

I warned her of my 'mess' here as I have been packing since May!! She said 'not to worry' At least she will see what the stairs are like - hope she has oxygen with her!!

Not a hundred percent it is where I want to be though. It is still in Southborough, which is good.

Above all, don't panic about the lady coming to see you. Let her see the "mess" as that will add to her understanding how much you need to move & quickly

Just realised the flats opposite look very close, but they are not really. There is a lawn area in front of them, then the drive in space, then more lawn under my window. MM
