Newbie Help needed to get started

Hi everyone

I have found this very useful website and need help in choosing an Electric Cigarette starter kit and flavours.

I currently smoke 20 a day and want to be able to give up completely as my lungs are really suffering from it.

I have used an Electric Cigarette before, think it was the icig, but it is now broken, but can't say that I really used it a great deal, but I am now more determined.

I have been looking on these forums and was thinking of either going for one of the following starter kits

EGO T £29.99, or XHale £27.00 ish or PCC Kit or Viva La Riva

It is a bit of a mine field so can anyone recommend what is the best one to get started with and that will be most effective in getting me off the ciggies.

Also what flavours would I go for etc.

can recommend the Exhale one as i have it [CE5] and its my 2nd one i had a cig looking one but got fed up recharging it,if you do get a kit get some extra ejuice,save on postage,if you look in the Ejuice part there is a selection of flavours,may even have your brand its close as your going to get ,me being a heavy smoker i went for high nic ,but i think 24mg nicotine will do you fine

i am using Virginia and just tasted RY4,now that tastes slightly nut flavour with hint of coconut to me[probably my defunct taste buds lol] but that is a smooth taste Virginia hits quiet hard,will say in comparison the small cigs looking type to that CE5 you get a lot bigger vapour from the CE5,batterys lasting qiute well to think only charged both in last 7 days twice lol

I would go for either the Exhale kit or the Viva la Riva one. Both decent starter kits

Flavours are really difficult to recommend. Best to buy small bottles to begin with so as you can get an idea what you like. Worth looking on the classified board as many members sell/swap unwanted juices there

I'd get a few flavours to try, including some that aren't tobacco, so you can see what is possible. Some places do sample packs including Vapeescape and MirageCigarettes

Welcome. I'd say you have a very good chance of quitting using a proper "vaping" device. I couldn't quit using the rubbish look-a-like e-cigs and I wondered why until I bumped into a lady called Chrissie ( ) on another forum. She sent me here. I sorted out my life (I'd nearly done it) and the rest is history.

No cravings, no bad moods. Even as a vaper my nicotine addiction is far less "peaky" than it was. I was a light smoker (10-15) but they were big fat rollies! equal to about 50 Silk Cut.....

I'm fairly new and have only been vaping a week after recieving great advice on starter kits and other various questions here. I've been hunting around various vaping sites this week and found these Ego-T kits. I purchased the exhale one posted above myself but with discount etc it worked out £26.90 with postage. Thanks everyone for such a warm welcome and all the advice.

I will go ahead and take the plunge with the Exhale one and get some different flavours. It has got to be worth a go. My breathing at night is terrible as HB recorded me while sleeping. Oh Dear.
