Word of warning when steeping with a UC....... DO NOT LET the water get warm/hot......Nicotine does not like heat and that color change you see in your juices maybe the nicotine getting darker due to heat. If you are going to use a UC use it and keep changing the water with cool water, the UC is only for the shaking process not for heating. Nothing worse than a heated nicotine, it turns dark and loses it's strength and tastes peppery after so your final juice may taste EDIT: I myself have changed too natural steeping as i find you get a real taste of how the mix will be, and just use my UC for cleaning atty's etc You mean RVC may taste even better naturally steeped... Now you tell me. Then again my next mix will be PVC... Let battle commence.

They are pretty much the same apart from higher levels of sweetness, but when it comes to Vanilla Custard recipes there is only one way, let it steep like nature intended

Ok I shall TRY to be patient on my next batches. I made 30ml of RVC and 30ml of my attempt at Grizwalds Banoffee. So with those and all my T-juice concentrate mixes then hopefully I can resist using the devils machine.

Hope you got C9V Banana Cream not Flavourarts Banana It's actually Vape Escape Banana Cream so I think it's PA.. Its extremely early days in mixing apprenticeship, so I am yet to discover the positives and negatives of different suppliers flavourings. I wouldn't mind. I had vowed the spending had to be trimmed down for a while. But there's so many flavours to cater for my sweet tooth. Which in itself is strange because at the start of my vaping journey I was strictly tobacco flavours only.

I've tried the UC method with not really that much success for the time you have to use it. Then I tried the coffee frother method (froth till cloudy leave to clear repeat 3 times) this seems to work for me and it's really cheap the frothers are only a couple of £'s and battery operated.

Wouldn't imagine much if any heat involved, it's just a mini whisk so it mixes and aerates

I wrap my 100ml mix in cling film, I then tape it (firmly) to my scrotum, then go for my normal 6 mile jog. As long as you remember to smile(strongly) at every one, you will never be suspected. If you you keep your pace to a constant 90 paces per minute, this will reduce your steeping time by the length of time you spend in custody.

What tape would you recommend, as there's bound to someone who would like to put your steeping method to the test.

No just air as it's basically a mini whisk without a heater. Not the type of frother you get on a coffee machine the hand held battery operated ones are the one to use a couple of quid mines a Ikea one £1.99 from ebay.

Personally I use duct tape. If strategically placed this will leave a Brazilian, killing two stones with one bird.

Christ I bet duct tape really would kill two stones

I've tried all of the steeping methods since I started mixing, but for taste you just cannot beat a natural steep!!
Tried Ultrasonic cleaner, changes colour but still takes a while for the flavour to fully mature. Just use to clean atties now.. Keeping the water cool is just too much faff!!
I must say however, I do use a frother to give my mixes a kick start..I then lock them in the safe away from little hands and leave them be.. Generally takes 5-6 weeks to reach perfection for a 50ml mix of my custardy mixes.. Leave the lids on and give them a shake if and when I remember!
Recently mixed up a 100ml bottle of PVC so will interesting to see if it takes the same amount of time.. (These microcoiled Kayfuns are seriously depleting my juice supply!)
Fruity juices only take 7-10 days though so these are perfect for if you're getting low..
One thing I have found is that one juice seem to die after 3 months of being made.. Goes really dark (almost black) and lost all taste!
Mixed up a bottle of Dutch Apple Pie & Custard back in September and it's been tipped down the sink this evening... Really wasn't nice!! Got a bit carried away with my timing... Had 150ml steeping at one time lol
What makes me laugh is that I still have around 30ml of GVC that I bought back in June (It's my last resort backup!) and it's still perfectly vapeable! Very dark brown but still nice to vape..
Should really write up a list of the premades I have sitting in my box to sell.. Got to be 100ml+ that will never be used!!
