According to posts on the ECF's Canada Forum, Health Canada has ordered Canadian suppliers to immediately cease selling e-cigarette supplies and e-juice. If true, this is indeed a sad day for our Canadian brothers and sisters.

Let's hope they can pull this off, it would be a good kick for all the health regulators

Out of interest. What happens to people buying from abroad as personal customers not necessarily trading just personal use.

I don't know. All I know is that HC told the suppliers to stop selling.

Terrible news but how on earth can HC justify destroying people's livelihoods without giving comprehensive details of the reasoning behind their decision? Do they know something none of us is privy to? I hope the Courts can overturn this type of seemingly unjustified ruling. They mention a 'dose of not more than 22mg' but Nicorette patches are now available in 24mg I believe and I also understand that the MHRA stated there is no set 'standard' as to the amount of nicotine in the common cessation products; I take it that HC place no restrictions on these cessation products? It does seem to be very unjustified, Foxy. I seriously wonder if money isn't behind this.

This could all happen here in the not too distant future. I feel for our Canadian friends, it must be a sickening blow.
