The thing is the most informed reply he got on ECF to his query regarding stacking batteries did confirm that they can explode if used incorrectly, but used in the right way should be safe.

No problem, that guy has issues , and like you I had a look at his past postings. Seems to get off on confrontation. I was going to come on the thread but I have found in the past that it is better left alone. Perps left it as long as she could but her action was inevitable. There really isnt any need to have that attitude on a forum. This forum has always been about friendliness and community and having a bit of fun too without taking ourselves too seriously.
