Looking to take the plunge...

Been reading about e-cigs for a few days now, started off reading a thread on UK Campsites reading about others adventures in e-cigs and vaping..  I smoke about on average 20 Sterling Superkings a day, I know this isn't a magic solution but if I can cut down that's a good start in my books.

In the past I've tried everything from patches to the tablets (never EVER again... damned nightmares were beyond bad!).  From what I've gleamed so far I'd be looking at the 18mg fluids to begin with.  Hoping to get over to Liberty Flights in Stockport today to go look at everything.  But before I take the plunge is there any major differences between the Riva Kit from vapescape or the Vision eGo from LF?

Hi Rob!

The main differences between those two kits are that the Riva batteries are bigger (they will last longer between charges but are less convenient for carrying around with you) and the VE kit includes some cartomisers. They are both excellent starter kits

I see that LF seem to be out of dual-battery kits. If you buy from them, be sure to get a spare battery so that you can use one while the other is charging.

LF are a good vendor and I'm sure you will get good advice from them - they do a whole range of batteries in different makes and sizes, so I'm sure they will put together a kit that suits you. Quality wise, the Janty batteries are probably the best, but the Vision and Riva batteries are fine too. I'd go for ones with at least a 900mAh capacity and you should get the best part of a day between charges.

Many of us have been down the NRT fail route, but found sanctuary in AAEC and vapery.

Good luck, start vaping, find something you really like and the fags will take care of themselves.
