Maybe this video was unnecessary, but thought I'd get it all off my chest in the chance others have had similar issues!

I'd contact your local RM sorting office, if you're having that many issues . . . though you may be grateful that the Pizza eliquid sample never reached you.

I haven't had any issues that you'ved had only been ripped of with their so called handling charge,
I can only repeat what perp's said. I would write a strong letter of complaint to the RM.

I would keep any packaging in case they ask for it and send it recorded delivery and take pictures.

Unfortunately, it does seem to be getting worse week by week.

Only ever had one issue with our local sorting/delivery office & I paid them a visit in person & asked to speak to the manager when i couldn't get any satisfaction on the front desk. We had a calm civilised chat, he was very receptive & helpful although he couldn't resolve the issue there & then he took my mobile number & rang as promised before the end of business & delivered my parcel in person on his way home. The original packaging had been ripped open but the contents were complete & in good order. I don't know what went on & I didn't ask but we seem to have aquired a new postie, could be just coincidence of course.

I'm not normally one for confrontation as a rule but it was my flippin' Roller!!!

It seems that you are particularly badly hit by this, I have a package every couple of days, no problems so far. It seems to be ermmm local to you nuff said.

That is shocking!! Have you tried to source where the problem may be, i.e. at your end/sorting office?

I've had similar issues to this. I complained to the Royal Mail head Office, they looked into it and now I get all my stuff on time and untouched.

I know my views on it and what I would like to see done, but that would get me ranting all night.

The bottom line is that A4 size packets just don't get lost in the system...therefore it is theft....and they should be prosecuted and lose their jobs.

We are keeping records of everything that goes missing and will be taking it further with our account manager, but it's a very long winded and drawn out procedure unfortunately.

To be honest, I get angry just talking/typing about it.

that worries me Jason as I run group buys,fortunately none have gone missing so far but doesn't mean they wont. I take it that there standard mail and not registered and signed for?

I can only echo the other replies, that it's incredible.

Would a way in which you knew all the packets were delivered or not, be alot more expensive?

ps I've had no problems with RM here, although some companies have sent out the wrong or incomplete stuff, but they always sort it out, so no beef there from me.

Parcelforce on the other hand, don't even bother delivering half my stuff.
