Very sad news. If Richard was in the cast you knew you were in for a treat, even if he only played a cameo role in the latter part of his career. The 'Good Life' was required viewing along with 'Ever Decreasing Circles' and 'Monarch of the Glen' to name a few. Never saw him on stage but I believe he was a master. Will leave a lot of happy memories for us. Thanks Richard. RIP

A lesson for us all there, if I remember correctly, he said in the video that he gave up smoking 10 years ago, but the emphasyma still got him That`s what my Dad died of at the age of 68 after a few really bad years after it took hold. |
