Hello and welcome to the nicest forum on the interwebs :-)

As perpetua said, delivery system makes a huge amount of difference, smoking wasn't all about the nic and vaping is no different.
Different times of day and mood can also affect the satisfaction from vaping, what worked the day before won't always have the same result the next day.
It's all a voyage of discovery, it's a damn enjoyable journey though :-)

I had thought it would ne something that changed alot, I'm mum so sometimes really need that hit but really for me most of the time I smoke a tiny "prison" rollie for the two mins of this is mu time. I've ordered tabaco at 18 and at 10 cause i was worried the 18 might be too strong for me. I can't smoke a Whole straight. I've also got some aniseed in 10 and 0, as I thought I could cut the stronger tabaco with the 0 of its too strong and I'd like to try aniseed and tabaco together. Hope I like it.
Anyone tried paridise gaped aniseed balls?
I'm very pleased I saw a post from crissey about this fourm and looked in. Super friendly, you make vaping even more appealing.

Hi Biphip, yes I have had their aniseed balls. Very much like the real thing and although I liked them, I couldn't vape much of them.
It is one of these vapes that grab your taste buds and give them a bloody good seeing to. 


You mentioned that you only feel you need cigarettes now and then.
The problem I found with smoking was that even those times when I just wanted a few drags, I felt that once I had started a fag, I usually finished it whether I wanted to of not.

Now, during the day, when I am out and about, I wear my e-cig on a lanyard around my neck and when I want "a few drags", I have a few drags and then probably don't touch it for an hour. That is the beauty of e-cigs. You only have what you need.

I'm new to this vaping malarky as well, but I find that an assortment of flavours is really helping - if you find a particular vape is not 'doing it' for you, change flavours, and try again.
I find this is working for me, and the mix of flavours, seems to satisfy me more than 'upping' thie nic level. I've currently got 5 flavours of 18mg or 24mg on the go, but couldn't tell you which is which strength. I fancy a different taste & away we go.

I smoked rollies, mostly Amber but sometimes "imported" (legally) GV or even Drum light. I got through twice as many as you, at a guess, and started vaping on 18 or 24mg e-liquid (jacvapour).

Your total daily intake of nicotine is not going to be big, but it must be said that a roll up, even thin ones are going to give you more nicotine in a the short time of ciggy than say a "light" brand of ready-made fag.

If you tried medium low nicotine liquid, I expect you'll find yourself easily getting your nicotine fix over a whole day, but you might struggle with small cravings. My suggestion would be to go with 12mg t.b.h.

I still use 18mg juice but have gradually cut back on the amount of vapes per day. Others are cutting down on the nicotine strength. There's no wrong or right. If you buy a few 12mg and get a bit twitchy, you'll know what to do. I don't expect you will once you get over the first week or so. One important thing I would stress is that although nicotine in itself is not that bad, it seems to me that quite a few of us (including me) probably overdid it in the first period. Everybody's experience varies.

That's a really good point, Fred I usually have about 5 flavours on the go at any one time too (today, I happen to have 6) and I'll typically switch between 3 or 4 of them on any given day

Gawd! I must be a masocist.

13 flavours on the go and 5 on PVs ready for an instant sook or 10.

The lowest is an 18mg Lemon and the highest is a 30mg chocolate limes.

If variety is the spice of life, then vaping is well suited to my ideal life.

one of the things that I feel is a bit of a problem with the jac vapor is that I've ordered pre-filled carts, so I've got to empty some before I can start with the different juices. Also I believe that with carts you get some flavour left over from the last juice used in the cart. Because of this I did think about going for something with a clearomizer, but then I decided I'd that I really didn't want only to have something that looked strange. One of the times when I really smoke is in the car between jobs or on the way to pick the kids up. And I don't need the other mums thinking I'm on drugs. So stuck with a cart.
