The gurgling I fond is usually due to some liquid being were it shouldn't so a quick dry of the connections and a blow on to a piece of paper usually sorts that ok. Did you work out what the pop was?
As for the ciggys well I kept telling my self I was just not going to smoke, in the car, near the kids, were the kids could see etc rather than I was quiting. But don't kick your self about the odd stinky. Your doing. well for every one you avoid. Go you!

Well thought I would update. Got my package from ecigwizard today. Very pleased with the pcc kit, however had a problem.... myum has taken it off to be her birthday pressy. So I popped back on the website and ordered me another one.
I also got 10no of rose juice from them at a great price and I'm shocked to be loving.

OCD is one of those thing that most people have but in hugely varying degrees. Some like my self simply find something that's out of order makes them a little more stressed or some will find that their patterns will mean it takes an hour to leave a room.
There are lots of different things that can be done to help people who have it badly. I know a guy who as a child had had such bad OCD he would take two hours to get out of bed while he had to tap, turn and hum x things ect, and if he got it wrong would have to do "repentance" hums taps ect. However when I met him he was able to cope so well with it that he didn't have any "ceremonies" that he had to do everyday.
Basicly what I'm trying to say is, if you feel you have OCD don't feel a freak or worry about it too much, but do talk to your doc, cause they can get you some help. And it can be good help.
