... you could make a crisp sandwich and still have a bit left in the bag ... now it seems that one bag = 1 sandwich ...
Are these Gary Lineker b@stards reducing the amount of crisps we get by stealth ... ?

Same with everything mate.
Not sure how long ago it was, but they started putting Douwe Egberts coffee in 190g jars - funny thing is the jars are exactly the same as the old 200g ones.
& don't get me on to chocolate bars (& crisps, like you say) - do they think we're stupid?

There's a whole science to making jars and bottles look bigger than they actually are. The masters of the art are the people that design perfume bottles.

Wagon Wheels - they used to be huge, like - well - wagon wheels. Now a couple of decent bites and they're gone

Walnut Whips . . . I've a fond memory of them being the size of a small country. Last one I had, there was barely a mouthful of the thing!

Aaaah Memory lane.......Aaaah Bisto Brilliant video fiddles... brings back happy memories... but go back to the 50/60's (without the technology) and life was even more uncomplicated, fun, liberating and... I think I should stop there! Who needs gadgets?
