It was on the home page about moving, but as u say if u followed a link u would'nt know, hope it arrives soon, my package arrived 2day, so i re read the email from them, it said posted yesterday, so maybe 2morrow

I received mine today all present and correct and with a free sample of lime juice too.. Do any of you know if the free samples are nic free?

I ordered a few things from LT on friday afternoon & they have arrived in post this morning Susieshoes i had a lime ball sample too & it says on note that came in order that its 18mg

That is what a home page is for surely. Personally if following a link to a site, especially for the first time, I will always have a look at the home page. You often find all sorts of things, offers etc, that might be of interest. It is also worth creating an account on sites as well (advance notice of offers/discounts sometimes) Tut...see I don't, I daren't I would purchase more;) I used to do it on my on line food shopping, spent too much, have no self control. Mind you, I have since created an account, the horse has bolted I know, but will think to do this first, next time.

Yes fingers crossed for mine tomorrow. Have had no email from them yet, but I might get the products before the email. I wonder if vendors might be better to put a message on the payments page too? I can't imagine I am theonly person who follows a link and goes to purchase? Or maybe I am, who knows.

I can understand your frustration as I too am waiting for an order from another reputable company on here,it has been nearly a month and they are in U.K. but I have had no problems with LT.CIGS and have just received my order,I hope you get it sorted soon. Have you been in touch with the Vendor? yes thankyou, Karma,it is hopefully all sorted was just trying to give some support to Siffy.

I was disappointed because it didn't mention anywhere about delays unless you clicked on site news, which I never do- I go on and buy- I don't read about the world on there, when I did click on everything it said a certain date everything was ok by, yet we had passed that date, and I was in desperation street at the time. I emailed them and was told If I got the newsletter I would have known. Anyhow apart from that, I love their juice so they have not lost me as a customer, and it is good of them to send a sample each time as well. So overall they will still be my main supplier for juice I can not say enough good things about them in that way, but delays should have been highlighted at the top of their webpage or something for all to see. They made a mistake which we all do, and they will have lost custom due to it, but I will be going back.

sammy13 The delays are highlighted in red on their front page They are now, but when I ordered back in June there was nothing mentioned in clear view. Then if you read site news it said everything would be back to normal by the x of June. Obviously this has taken longer than they thought. It doesn't matter to me as such because I love them so will continue as normal, but I can understand why Siffy, and any other new customers might feel let down that is all. As much as I will shout their praises, and I will and have, I have to be fair to others and accept that they did make a mistake somewhere.
