Not to sure whether I tried the choccie from Lte, I think the one I had was from LF. I would say its nice when you feel like a bar of chocolate but you can't beat the real thing by having a full bar of chocolate. Happy New Year or Bonne année jess and have a lovely time tonight.

I've edited the title of this thread, it's developed into a general discussion about LT's products/service which the vast majority of us are perfectly satisfied with, so it doesn't seem fair to have " p*ssed off " in the title anymore. Sorry to buck the trend guys, but I'm pretty p*ssed off with LT's service. Ordered a couple of things early Friday lunchtime and still haven't received them. Emailed their customer svs on Monday to say how disappointed I was with the slow dispatch time bearing in mind the nature of the product. Anyway, Sharon replied to say that I agreed to the terms and conditions and rudely advised me not to leave ordering till the last minute next time! So I said that if I left it till the next minute again I wouldn't risk ordering from them. Sharon wrote back to say I had no idea of business and that my custom was no longer welcome. To top it off I still haven't received my items, but they took the money quick enough. Their delivery times are abysmal and customer service consists of some woman at the other end insulting customers who have the nerve to complain. Don't know what kind of an outfit they are running, but someone needs to tell them they're not the only ecig seller in the market. Sorry guys, rant over, but saw this thread and felt others should know that this Company doesn't like complaints and doesn't know how to handle them in a decent manner.

To be fair mate, it's only Tuesday, if they were dispatched yesterday you should have it by Thursday.
LT have an excellent rep and run a great website, I think if you approached me with the same attitude as your first post on this Forum, I'd have given you short shrift as well. Take a chill pill.

I can't agree with your comments either lj . . . in addition to the vagaries of Royal Mail, it appears to me that Vendors increasingly have to cope with unrealistic customer expectations. There was a time when I'd be happy to receive any delivery within a week and indeed I still am. Welcome to you.

Tbh, when companies like Vape escape etc are offering same day despatch, I think its unrealistic to expect customers to wait a week and to be rude to them when they have the nerve to enquire after their order. Looking back on this thread I'm not the only person to have issues with their slow delivery and I certainly won't use them again.

Have to say that i don't have any problems with LTecigs Made my order weds night, shipped thursday, and was on me doorstep friday morning. And thats my 4th order with them. got some flavours and 30ml of mellow yellow. just had to try some before i let it steep for a week or two. and early signs are good for this one. A nice creamy banana vape. will revisit this one end of the week.
So to sum up? great service as allways from sharon at LTecigs.

Just an update to say my order from LTecigs finally arrived yesterday - 9 days after ordering, that's a terrible service. Can't recommend the menthol e liquid as my husband has been coughing since he started to use it. Good luck to all those who enjoy this Company. I have found nothing to recommend them and would never use them again.

9 days, in fairness, is somewhat taking the Michael! I don't think I'd be going back if it was me either They've not let me down in the past, it's a shame you've had a bad experience with them lj

I can only speak as I find and I have always had brilliant service from Sharon and Larsen. I ordered concentrates on Sunday last and received them Tuesday morning. Fantastic I say and I will use them again and again.

I use LTecigs a lot but just for liquid and only on a couple of occasions have i had a slow delivery and that was when they were moving premises, in the main they are very good, the only thing i want to say is that this vendor in particular would benefit from time to time to just log on to this forum and have a quick look at the reviews good and bad, i'm sure that they could learn more about customers who purchase from their own business. LT used to send a tiny sample of eliquid with every order and i have not had a free sample in any of my last 4-5 orders, i think they have stopped this too.
