I'm afraid a new rep is needed

Due to myself not feeling that the relationship between myself and the ECCA committee was working out, I have resigned from ECCA as from now.

I had high hopes I could add something to ECCA and have done I feel the best I can do.

I am sorry to let AAEC down, I think a different type of person is required for this job.

I was enjoying it, but I feel I am bashing my head against a wall at ECCA, the job would suit someone more laid back, they are a great bunch of guys and they all have good hearts, but I think they have the wrong priorities.
