If its getting hot - get it outside in the garden without delay, unless you can remove the battery safely.

Well that's ok then, I was concerned about the battery exploding.
Other than that, I'm not familiar with the 510, other than it is a Bauway product. Obviously don't use it.
Sorry I can't help further.

River, Jason is right, if the battery & casing are getting hot - please don't use it. Out of interest, are there any safety vent holes anywhere on the body of the BW510N?

River,it isnt only you mate.My EXO 18650 went exactly the same way after light usage.I know others are having problems with these inferior mods to.I have PMd Camper but he is away so obviously cant reply.I think we should all be refunded for these poorly constructed mods which are dangerous and a load of rubbish. > Edit to add,my mod and another members mods have both shorted with LR attys, big battery mods should NOT have this problem,i am also very p*ssed off about it.

A lot of big battery mods don't have them either River. I see that E-cigwizard also sell the BW510N, & they say under the description - This device is officially made for normal resistance atomising devices with an 18650 battery. Some people have reported that certain low resistance devices will not work due to this fact, however, the unit can be used with 17670 batteries which apparently will power up low resistance devices. Others have found that the Boge LR atomisers/cartomisers which we sell work perfectly fine with this device and a normal 18650 battery.
