Ian I'm not a hardened businessman and will do anything for anybody as you well know. This will just about do me in as a vendor as I really don't want the chew on so I will be discontinuing the BW from now on and just sticking with the few bits of e-cig paraphernalia until it's out of stock then will think long and hard what to do next, maybe to a big business this is probably nothing but to me its a disaster as I carry very limited stock of what I sell and am in no way big business minded to cope especially after putting so much in and make little if any return. The BW looked the part from the off but hasnt delivered for some which I'm deeply sorry about. I will deal with all the problems when I return

Mark, i think you would do well to look into your rights as well, for claiming a refund on all the faulty mods you've gotten from Bauway, when all's said and done - the buck stops with them...

Completely agree Lilac. You are a customer too Mark and you must have some comeback to them as a manufacturer. I hope everyone involved gets a satisfactory outcome from this, including you Mark.

I can see why vendors choose not to sell e-cigs to be honest.If you do choose to sell them, then you should always make sure that when things like this happen you can refund the customer.You should also make sure that you can get your costs refunded by whoever has made them to be honest. As far as im concerned a case like this is rare and you have been very unlucky to stock two big battery mods that short with LR attys Ive NEVER had a big battery mod that cant run an LR,obviously the switches used are not up to the job. I wont harp on anyway as ive said enough for now,enjoy the rest of your break and dont worry about this while your away.It will all get sorted,we are all reasonable people at the end of the day.

I said this to Mark via PM.I agree 1000% with Lilac and Collie,Bauway need to step up to the plate and refund you Mark.That way no one is out of pocket,we all have equal rights,including suppliers.

Bauway will refund but, unfortunately will make it as hard as possible. Postage being the main issue and then tracking etc.
Not sure how you paid Mark, but if it was via Paypal, you will stand a lot better chance and have a bit of backing behind you.
Hope it gets sorted out

I only ordered in batches of 10 twice and have replaced the broken two switches before I left so have about 6 of the new metal button model at home. I did pay through paypal Jason but the first batch was over 30 days ago so I'm not sure how I stand. I know it's only small numbers but a hefty lump out of pocket if I can't sort it out. I just feel really awful that I've put people out as I pride myself on being cheap and giving a good service. Ordering the numbers I do I get little discount and when you add the p+p from china it gets into silly price mode so I guess I've had it with china mods now apart from the trustie ego batteries, I'll never buy from bauway again. It's such a shame as the BW is a great idea but let down by poor electronics. I've dismantled mine whilst in my room this afternoon and found the electronics could be improved quite easy by someone who knows what they are doing.

I think you have 45 days for a 'not as described' dispute on Paypal, so worth checking your purchase date.
I think you will get a refund from Bauway eventually, but opening the dispute just covers you if they try to drag things out.

Also get intouch with who makes these EXOs Mark,they are also faulty,beleive me.Exactly the same issue as the BW510N,will short using an LR atty.I know 100% that the switch has failed,ive had it checked out.Ive also spoke to a few other people that have had the same problem but buying them from elsewhere.I would do as you said and stick to the more trusted brands in future,people will have to accept that these mods cost more.Its peace of mind for you and the customer to.

the 510n is not surpport the LR atomizer, so this is the problem. BW should inform you this issues. if you insist to use the LR atomiser, the battery will stop work and the switch will burn somedays later.

Think camperman deserves a full refund as he would not have sold them if he knew they had a fault Or if he knew they couldn't take anything LR I'm sure he would of warned people of this,
This is purely the manufactures fault and they should do the rite thing and give him a full refund
