Arrived this morning - great service! (24mg strength).

It took me ages (plus a steak hammer) to get the kiddy/adultproof lid off; I then replaced the dripper with a dropper (TW glass pipette).

I used a 901 with fresh atomizer and battery to test the juice. It was deep pink in colour and dripped easily, soaking well into the Fluval.

I primed the atomizer with a couple of drops that usually gives the best flavour but what did I get? Zilch, Nada!

There was plenty of vapour as I would expect from the 901 but no throat hit to speak of and absolutely no flavour of any kind. I'm blaming my cold although swapping to an OKSmokey pre-filled tobacco cart proved I did have some sense of smell and taste.

I will continue to use the Imperial for a while and report back.

Will I ever find a really nice, smokey tasting tobacco flavour?

Just to add, I've swapped the 901 atty and cart over to my SDII but with no better result - the liquid is very pink, unlike that described by Profbeard - I wonder if I have a mislabelled bottle.

Pink? The only VS liquid I've seen which is Pink is "Rush". What strength Imperial did you order - the VS UK site shows 24mg Imperial as being on backorder.

Doesn't sound like Imperial to me....

That's a few people I've read in the last week or so being sent the wrong labelled bottles from VS. Bit of a concern as i have 4 unopened 10ml from them , 2x Imperial, 1x London and a Frost.

Well... as I'm not colour blind and my sense of smell is better than it was a year ago , the descriptions in my reviews can be assumed to be about right within the bounds of human variability

I ordered 24 strength Profbeard and the colour is definitely pink and not the clear gold you describe. I've been using it all day today and still not a trace of any flavour other than, perhaps, a very slight vanilla that may account for the colour. This could be my imagination playing tricks of course as I'm desperately trying to taste something; anything! There is very little scent from the liquid, certainly not vanilla and I'd be surprised if the strength was 24 as there really is little throat hit at all.

I don't want to go to the trouble or expense of sending it back and as it's 'inoffensive,' I shall likely add some flavouring to it and put it down to experience. I shall let VS know however.

Think i mentioned yesterday, that they'd sent me a 30ml bottle of 24mg Rum & Spice when i ordered a 10ml bottle of 16mg VS London...

I called them and they apologised and promised to send the correct liquid, which i received this morning....

I've tried some (altho it's for Chris, lol) i like it, but it's defo not a strong flavour, very pleasant tho, i think he'll like it

The problem with using 'amber' bottles is that the packer can't see if there's a colour problem that would show the contents to be mislabelled.

With the juice I received, there's nothing to dislike about it fortunately, so I can simply add some flavouring. I shall continue my quest to find the perfect tobacco flavour!! Quite exciting really and keeps me off the streets.

I'm a bit concerned about this Foxy - if you go to the VS UK site and select VS Imperial 24mg to order it clearly says Ultra 24mg Backorder Jan 14. I KNOW they don't have any in the UK because I pm'd Eric via ECF and asked him about (there is some delay caused by US Customs) - SO what HAVE they supplied you with? I think you should ask?

Day before yesterday, one day after I placed my order for 10ml each of 16mg Imperial and Banana, I got an email from "Jordan" saying they'd received my payment but had no record of my order So I emailed them them back and told them, then I received another email saying the order was going thru and "allow 3-8 days for delivery".

I decided to order 16mg High so that I can vape it straight with a clear conscience if I like it.

I'm surviving, uninspired my current couple of juices.

WOW! 10 minutes after the above was typed the door buzzer went - the postie with my VS juices, packed in a box too big for the postbox. After fighting thru the bubble-packing I've managed to unscrew the banana (and decant it into a sqeezy) but not the other one, it will have to wait until I've regained my strength

The banana smells like banana, phew! And tastes quite like banana too - but not a lot of hit, I think it, like most other juices according to me, needs more volts But it's perfectly vapable

I've received a response from Jordan regarding my 'Imperial.'

"I can confirm for you that Vs Imperial is Pink! The Vs defender has a yellow/gold colour .................."

He recommends me to try Defender next time as I'm looking for a strong flavour with a good throat hit and that has it apparently.

Perhaps it was Profbeard who got the wrong bottle and not me after all.

Since my previous post I've had another reply from Jordan at VS:

".....I Believe I know what Profbeard is referring to now. I've looked back through the orders and when he ordered back in december we still had the old batch of juice, which was gold in colour. So he was very right with his review after all..."

Problem solved and 'Defender' on order - fingers crossed!
