The mg content is expressed as a percentage by volume so how can a carto contain more than 100% nicotine?

There is no scientific proof that they aren't harmful?

Since when has that been justification? There is no scientific proof that beer is not harmful, or that cigarettes are not harmful.... come to think of it there is no scientific proof that going to school is not harmful.!!

Other forums member complaining being blocked.

Tomorrow those "BARSTEWARDS" are in for a shock when hundreds of vapers from all over Europe descend on the parliament green to demonstrate and pop those 2000 black balloons.

1.8% nicotine by volume is commonly referred to as 18mg, so 18% by volume would be 180 mg I think that is where confusion lays

That's about the only thing I think could benefit from any legislation, standardise and clarify the nic content system.

But I'm pretty sure one lacky could do that in an afternoon, doesn't need europe getting involved.
