molly if you are talking about the battery mAh always go for the bigger one, so 1300 mAh it will last longer inbetween charges.

And conversely will take longer to charge and is a longer battery??,  but yes always go for the highest mah.  Think of mah as being the 'fuel tank' of a battery.  If I used a 1500mah battery at 4 volts with a 2.8ohm atty, it will last for 'x' amount of time.  If I then used a 3000 mah battery on the same setup, in theory it should last twice as long.

I must be doing something wrong. When I try to fill up with juice it leaks straight out of the mouthpiece! Somebody help!

Don't get any juice down the centre tube - you need to be gently and slowly dripping it down the edges. If there is any juice in the centre tube, this will prevent it from working as it can get onto the battery fitting and will also cause gurgling and general rubbishness.

If you are talking about the Evod (you are not being very clear here) and you are not using a needle bottle, then you need to angle the body so juice does not go down the central tube.  Some condensation from earlier may come out the tip, just clean it with vaper towel.
