Hi Everyone

Little introduction, I was smoking 20 to 30 cigarettes a day, I had tried everything possible in the last 30 years to stop and patches, sprays, even had a prescription from my Doc, nothing worked!! For the last year, since my grandson was born, I had been trying more and more to stop.

April of this year I tried my first disposable e-cig, bought it while in Tesco getting my normal 100 pack, I cut down dramatically in a week.
I was amazed, I bought an Apollo Ego Kit and I haven't looked back, on 30 April I had my last 'fag'. With still a full pack and 15 in another pack I haven't even thought of 'lighting up', but I have to admit it is nice that they are there to prove I have stopped once and for all.

I am now mixing all of my own flavours and have a bad case of 'OOoooh that's nice' I'll just get that with the money I've saved not smoking!!!!

Hi Gilliandrea well done on getting off the fags, you stopped completely just before me, i had been using a cigalike from March 20th but was still smoking four stinkies each day, i packed it in for two weeks as it was getting to be too much of a struggle, after a fortnight i found this forum purely by chance & through recommendations on here i had my last stinkie on May 19th & have not been interested in smoking since that day.
My daughter & S.I.L, sister & nehew & his G.F. have all stopped too so its a right family affair in our home town
