Anything from 5-10ml's Wisher . . . I don't really keep tally.

In my mind there's no such thing as ' normal ' consumption, it's whatever works for you and keeps you off the cigs.

3ml-4ml a day I think. I'm trying different ones out so it's an estimate.

3mls a day pretty much - split pretty equally 1.5mls across various flavours during the day and 1.5mls in the evening of a single flavour (I vape far more in the evening than if the day).

so I take it if they did regulate the nic level it would be about 4mg.. gosh. I'm on 18mg but thinking of uping it to stop chain vaping... I have a long way to go.

great news from OH.. he's been to the king of the valleys ( a 4x4 car rally thing ) down in wales this weekend as a marshal., and Yes he did take his CE5, just incase.
one of the other marshals was vaping so OH was talking to him about it, and he was told to stick with it , to find a juice he likes, to get used to the throat hit, that its different then smoking. so in short I hope this has given him abit more confidence and good boost to vape more.  even better coming from someone else.

Great news on all fronts then. When I started with the cig-a-likes, I only reduced my cig consumption (from 20 down to 10 a day). It was enough, and I was happy with that.

Since getting my first proper clearo / battery, I stopped completely. I started on 36mg and was doing about 3ml a day. Now I have dropped to 24mg - 28mg (still the occasional 36mg though), and do a little more. Generally do an evod full through the day, and a mini protank in the evening. Might have to top up a little too in the evening though.

But every day is different, so I just wing it and don't really worry about how much I'm vaping.

I use about 1.6ml on weekdays and about 2 at weekend.
Vaping only a week now but was smokeing about 20 golden virginia rollies a day so the 24mg suits me fine right now.I found leaving long breaks between vapes gives me a little floaty head...

I only smoked about 14 a day, and they weren't even the high nic ones. that's why I cant understand why I'm chain vaping.. maybe I'm just enjoying vaping with the flavours. but I am finding cigs aren't tasteing the same, which is great, so not enjoying them as much as normal. plus I'm getting in my head why am I having a dirty cig when I can have a nice clean healthy one..

Your last sentence is just what i thought on my second full day of vaping.
I sneaked out of a fire door at work to have a rollie just to see what it felt like.
It was very stinkie indeed,so i snuck back in and had a good appley vape in the store room.
After chaining for a couple of evenings i found it best to leave a break between vapes as i got more benefit from doing it this way.

...and this is exactly what some people need, a quick confidence boost from someone who isn't related to them in any way... keep encouraging him and he'll get there... Mrs G-J used to find it a little embarrassing out with me holding my lavatube, but since I got her vaping and got her a vamo, no probs

One company do a couple of 100ml juices for £17.99. I've just got some from a different vendor (30ml at £7.95) and I estimate a bottle of that to last me 5-7 days depending on how hard I vape haha

at the moment joose juice are doing a bogof on 30 mls I just ordered 2 30ml at 18 mg for £17 but received 2 of each so that's £17 for 120 ml and I must say the peppermint is going down a treat

joehel - if you want menthol, make your own - its probably the easiest & will cost you a lot less than £1 for 10ml 

Check the mixing board - menthol is very easy to make.

If you vape 18mg juice, just get some 18mg base nic, and throw in some menthol crystals from the chemist - if its not minty enough, throw in a few more

If i am at home, by myself, i can clear 10ml of juice easily, but i vape a lot when i am alone especially when programming. if i am out and about its 3/4ml maybe even less.

Every person is different, it's like asking how much someone eats in a day! no one will give you the same answer twice, it's personal preference, and for reference i was a 30 a day smoker.
