postimage is always returning invalid file error whenever I try to upload a picture

I am using the add image to post button, browsing then selecting & it shows as uploaded but always I get invalid file error.

I have tried with both chrome & IE & different picture types same error, cleared cache on both but still no joy :'(

I've never been able to use 'postimage' it always returns a file error so I either use PB or one of my own website servers.
