I should be revising for an exam a week on Monday but... I'm watching Los Caimanes FC v Cesar Vallejo in the Peru Copa Inca. The pitch looks more like a hockey pitch than anything I've ever seen football played on, the stands are empty and the standard of football isn't up to much.
I have no life.

John Sheridan has apparently resigned as Plymouth Argyle manager. I know none of you will be bothered about that, but I feel quite sad about it, I'm sure he'd have got the club into the play-offs next season, having come so close this.
I wonder if Neil Warnock (who still lives down here!) fancies coming back?
edit: Perhaps he hasn't resigned after all? Seems to be rumours on twitter, panic over?

Sorry to hear that BrenD. That is what happens when you lose to the mighty Wombles though. Well done Dons, another year in League 2 guaranteed! I'm sure they can do better than Colin W*nker (great anagram that)

I'm sure they can do better than Colin W*nker (great anagram that) It is a good anagram. Alas it falls short of being a great anagram as Warnock is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He spent a few evenings with Argyle's Cornish supporters group back in t'day and made a point of chatting to everyone and making sure all the kiddies (as I was at the time!) left with autographs etc. Funny how people think the likes of Holloway *spits* and Mourinho are legends for saying what they think and speaking what they believe to be the truth, but people always bitch about Warnock. I never got that. As a Spurs fan, albeit with a fondness for Argyle, I don't know why I was a member of whatever the group was called, but I was.

Oh and nice to see a post not about the Premiersh*te on this thread BrenD Oh I've posted plenty of those But then again Tim Sherwood has been in charge for as long as I've been an AAE-C member, perhaps I won't have to moan as much with an actual manager in place next season? Sherwood is little more than a good coach who talked his way into a job he was nowhere near ready for, before realising he was out of his depth pretty quickly.

Aaaarrrgh!! You've dragged me into a conversation about the Premiersh*te. Who do you think will go down to the Conference BrenD?

Aaaarrrgh!! You've dragged me into a conversation about the Premiersh*te. Who do you think will go down to the Conference BrenD? I'd love Exeter Shi, sorry city to go down. But sadly they look safe. Torquay are gonners, a shame as they live within their means and are harmless enough. At least they have recent experience of getting back into L2. I think Northampton will go with them, possibly on goal difference.

I think you're probably right about Torquay BrenD, shame, but I would like Northampton to join them. Nasty bunch of thugs that like to kick lumps out of the opposition. I hope Wycombe can stay up, always liked Gareth Ainsworth, ex-Womble.

Wycombe v Rovers on Saturday might be interesting and I hope both teams still have something to play for in the Torquay v Wycombe match a week later. But that won't be the case. Wycombe certainly look to have the easiest run-in of the teams down there, so I reckon they'll be OK.

Moyes has gone. Not too good from a Spurs perspective as I can see van Gaal going to United now.
He wasn't good enough. Everton have been much better off without him and United will be too. Can't get my head around the timing though.
