hmmmm it could happen haha i think it would be a good move for all concerned, i think whoever took over at man u would fail, then add to that he old got in two new players who have both done terrible it couldnt of ended good haha

Successful?!? What has he won?

He'd be hounded out of Spurs quicker than the United fans got rid of him if Levy was stupid enough to appoint him. Long ball is not welcome at Spurs, much as the United fans didn't seem to like hoofing it up to Fellaini as a tactic.

Moyes made Everton a relative success for a club of their size and immediately took United down to that level. I don't think Moyes deserves any credit for what Martinez has done with his squad and a few key additions, the style of football is completely different and that shows in the improved results/league position.

I wasn't a massive fan of Redknapp, but he played attacking football, the Spurs way if you like. We certainly wouldn't have those glorious Champions League nights had Moyes been in charge, Bale would have struggled to get on the ball as Moyes would have had our defence/keeper hoofing it up to Crouch the entire time. Celtic were Moyes' first senior club, maybe he'll end up north of the border when Neil Lennon is finally tempted into tacking charge of a team in a proper league?

No one was going to succeed following SAF - at least Moyes got himself a six year contract, so he can afford to play plenty of golf while he decides what to do next. I think he did very well for Everton, but I'd prefer he didn't come to Spurs. I thing Van Gaal will go to United now, so we are stuffed again.

He could have been a success for United but he needed faith from the board and fans for several seasons while he rebuilt the squad and learnt how to manage the expectations that come with such a massive club. He'll get another job in the Prem if he wants it.

Rumour has it he has been paid 17 million to leave , never have to work again, interest on his payment yearly  is more than most of us earn in a year
