left 3 messages since friday as My order had stuff missing, not a single reply, is this normal with myepack ? Resolved : Got a call from him, got my stuff,now ordered more stuff as his prices are very good Many online shops deliver goods correctly and on time, but not all correct mistakes satisfactorily , well done myepack ! "satisfactorily" , is it even a word ?

Not in my experience I left a message through the site contact me about 1am and had a reply before I got up the same morning. I know they seem to have had problems with the server recently and it was the weekend I would give it till this afternoon then try again

I have no complaints really , the guy was brill when I rang him about a v5 ss and I got most my stuff 2 days later.
Maybe admin should delete this until I talk to myepack as I don't want to put peeps off buying from him.

I've ordered stuff from them three times in the last two weeks and had no problem, they've been very quick and I got everything I ordered. I also sent a query e-mail last week to their support address, and got an answer within an hour. They have contact phone number 0208 854 9644 Hope this helps

dognoshDon't forget they are essentially a retail unit and as such the weekend is normally a non starter for any thing. Give them a try later today I'm sure you will get it all sorted.

I've never needed to contact them either by email or phone, but my orders have been processed, despatched and delivered speedily each time. Be patient, I'm sure Ash will get back to you as soon as he can.

I ordered some liquid from him that came in the wrong flavour but the right nic content. I phoned him and he said okay keep it I'll send you a replacement. The replacement came in the right flavour but the wrong nic content. He told me send it back.
Instead I just ordered the same juice again in a lower nic content so I could mix it with what he sent me. I figured it would be cheaper than sending it back. I was miffed that I was being asked to pay for their mistake to return it but hey ho.
They were my first choice always for anything vape related since I bought a lot of stuff from them at the start but have to say I am not so forgiving that I can overlook really basic mistakes ffs my order which they confirmed every time stated exactly what I wanted but I was sent something else.
I hope he doesn't read this in a way because I'm going to order some more juice and coil heads from them as their prices are great but now I'm worried about what will turn up lol.

I phoned them to ask about the ohm's on the innokin iclear16's and if the ones they had in stock would fit my itastevv (as the website said they were meant for an itaste vv/vw v3) Whoever i spoke to wasnt very helpful or knowledgable.
He didnt know if they would work on my itaste vv, he said "you can try but they might not fire properly" because they are 2.0 ohm. He also then suggested i should buy the 1.5 ohm coil head pack ASWELL
Why not just give me the right coil heads for the right clearo for the correct itaste vv?
I didnt order from them because i thought that was shocking customer service to be honest.
