This is clearly a bargaining position, consider for a moment what
the antz will now present as the mid point - medicalization.
The uninformed could easily think that was a good compromise, we
need to explain to them the reality of "light touch" med regs (aka BAN).

Could not agree more markm - it's going to be very difficult to sway public opinion when they will be seen to be making all of the compromises, just because they're coming from such an extreme position.

On the plus side, if they were in the right they wouldn't need such cheap politician tricks. This is the only defence we will have - call them on their games from the start, take the high ground.

What is it with these control freaks? Their OWN Parliament voted against this sort of regulation, so they move to get the legislation enacted by going to the Council, which is no doubt packed with bung-taking Pharma minions! And with what speed and stealth, it stinks to high heaven of a stitch up! This has to be stopped!
