Lee's right Beepsie, the GGTB doesn't take a 18650 - 17670 is the largest it will . . . but you've the 5v batteries with the single channel charger I thought?
Sounds stupid, but are you putting the batteries in the right way round?

Don't know if this helps but this is what my end cap looks like with the pin in and out, 'scuse the juice!. If the pin isn't screwed in enough it won't make contact with the atty connection. I'm pretty sure if everything is connected there won't be a problem with the GG, more likely a battery issue. Lee I thank you for the pic, my pin appears then to be broken and maybe that is where the problem lies??... I did take a couple of photos but not sure about attaching them.. The pin's thread is jagged and def not like your pic. I just cannot fathom how it could have worked at all..?/

If your pin is broken you could try cutting a screw or nail down to size and using that as a temporary fix.

Just to say that the batteries are apparently 18650 (as that's what the charger states).
Batteries are just marked 400mAh 4.8V...and so far I have tried them in both ways!

Beeps to attach photos click on reply bottom right of thread, then click on browse to the right of where it says attachment. A box will pop up for you to choose the pic you want to attach, click on the pic & then click on "open".
Please tell us though, are you using the false battery?

Beeps, if your batteries are the 400 mAh 4.8v, then they are 14650 in size.
Lee & perps, can you confirm that Beeps needs to use the false battery with 14650's?

I didn't with the 14650's, just used earth magnets Chris, as the false battery was too big, you would need that however with 14500's.
Just got to do tests, back in a mo.

I'm wondering if you have the right charger. I have those batteries, same size as a 14650. They can only be charged on a special charger which is a single black charger that uses it's own adapter. If you're trying to use a TF 001, it won't charge. Mine doesn't say anything about 18650 on them. Apparently though, the larger 600 mah moju batts are a similar size to a 18650 and do fit the GGTB.

Blue, Beeps does have the right 5v charger & as she has said her batteries are 400mAh, I'm fairly certain they have to be the 14650's?
