Actually, if he's correct this is much less bad than forum members and the press are making out:
The difference between banning individual models and banning the whole class of reuable atomizers is enormous.

It's still a bit of a sausage though, isn't it? Only being able to buy 10ml bottles of juice, 20mg/ml maximum and cartridges that only hold 2ml max. ' no country will be able to ban a flavour that is allowed in another country' I wonder how quickly the choice of flavours will evaporate. It only takes one country to ban all flavours except tobacco and they will be gone in all other countries. It might mean people have to refill more often or take longer puffs And then there is always the internet! So he wants us to buy from China and/or the black market? ??? Still bit of a dog's dinner as far as I can see. Someone please tell me this is not true.

Does this mean that there will be a ban on base nicotine at 54/70mg and when will this particular legislation kick in?

Re banning flavours. What's to stop the continued sale of non flavoured nic juice and then we just add our own flavouring (realising this will give a weaker nic)? Its pointless banning flavours if they continue to allow juice?

It would be very difficult or impossible to ban flavours, maybe they can ban specific flavours solely for ecig use, but remember all these flavours derived from the food industry, nearly all the flavours I have have been purchased from food outlet stores, Lakeland-Natural Professional Flavours, Cup Cake World-Custard Intense, Butterscotch, Banana Intense, Caramel Intense.
Much of the proposed legislation will be impossible to police. The only way would be to ban vaping in the same way they have banned smoking in public places. Maybe this is where this will all lead.
One thing for sure the tobacco companies will be actively trying to protect their product, albeit quietly; and they must be very alarmed at the amount of people that have successfully kicked a smoking habit/addiction for e-cigarettes. Likewise governments, especially in the UK would be billions down on revenue if 90% of the population quit tobacco.I would love to know what is said behind closed doors by the cabinet by the chancellor.

I also don't understand how they can ban bigger tanks? Is there any precedent for something like this? Will they stop online sales from out with Europe? How? It just make no sense..

Still clear - the ones that get smokers of cigarettes are under threat, the ones that don't get the thumbs up. Lock the murderers up.
