It has just come to our attention that the New York State Assembly voted unanimously to outlaw the sale of electronic cigarettes last week.

hey are not banned in New York yet. It still has to pass in the Senate and get signed into law. Currently, the Senate bill is in committee review.

Actually, makes me giggle remembering - I don't think he was prepared for what happened! His sister smokes tho' so I believe his attentiveness was genuine.

Feel a bit guilty as, although I didn't tell ANY fibs, I gave the impression that vaping prevented me, & thousands of others, from smoking.......... which, in my case, is only partly true.

Oh well all in a good cause!

Well Loll, if it makes you feel better about what you said, I'm one of your success stories - I still haven't touched tobacco since December 5th last even though I have five packets of tobacco and one pack of 20 menthol king size still not five feet from where I'm sitting right now!

I really do feel we have to prepare ourselves for a total ban on (unlicensed) nicotine products come June, no matter how hard we protest - ears are deaf!!

4217 signatures on the petition to the PM are simply not enough to have any affect on the MHRA's decision to re-designate nicotine as a 'medicine.' It seems most peculiar to make an exception in the case of nicotine's most lethal carrier, tobacco; but I think everyone is aware of the reason for that are we not? I do find it odd, however, that the mainstream media seem disinterested especially in view of the recent publicity surrounding the banning of certain so-called 'legal highs.'

Me and Lolli are working on this recurring slip-up (me being the worst culprit), I'm not sure what, if anything, will transpire
