Im a chef lol, and I did not know that, might have to try It You have to try it but i don't think any online recipe will do it justice, it's the heart and core of Pie and Mash and i don't think any Pie and Mash shops will give their recipe for it any day soon You're right about the secret recipes @super-Shiny I've tried lots of times to replicate the nectar I used to get in Manzes (The best pie n mash shop.) Down Wathamstow 'igh st in my (misspent) youth. steve you might want to add either fish stock/sauce instead of the eel juice (some say) is in it..  |
