Hello
I have been using two ego c batteries alternatley - not at the same time- and i clear clearomisers . I am thinking of getting hold of something a little more heavy duty i just wanted to ask from you guys here -as i have no experience in the matter- is there really that much of a difference between an ego set up and a high powerred MOD i mean does it make a noticeable difference. I only ask because i have been seriously struggling recently to stay off cigarettes . It's strange , i had a month of being completely happy with vaping and then somehow i started to slip and found myself in a complete mess pretty quickly , around the 5 week mark it was as though the novelty or had worn off and i was having craving 4 or 5 times a day and panic attacks , depression , the usual symptoms i experience when trying- and failing- to quit some other way. I don't know what happened and as i write this things have calmed down a bit but i am very nervous that they will get worse again . I really don't want to smoke anymore but a part of me just will not let go , i thought vaping satisfied that part and was quite confident in that to, and then this happens. It seems to me a bit like have an organ transplant and everything going well and then at some point the body rejects the new organ . Anyway my thinking is that maybe i need to try something with a bit more grunt to it . I realise that on the particularly bad days that i could quite easily make it a lot easier on myself by just changing the head on my Clearo ; i keep forgetting to maintain my device properly and i think this does not help . Maybe it is just a question of not having reliable enough gear , and i'm thinking that with a MOD i would have more reliable performance consistently , i don't know . I started buying WTA liquid because i heard it can help - liquid that contains additional tobacco alkaloids- that doesn't seem to have made a shits worth of difference though .. Thanks

My personal favourite these days is some form of kayfun lite plus/russian 91 clone or genuine with a nemesis mechanical mod and a decent 18650 battery. It's a superb vape.
Do you think you could build your own coils? They're fairly easy once you get the hang of it.
How many cigs did you smoke a day and what strength of juice have you been vaping too?

i smoked 6 or 7 cigarettes a day , roll ups . I have some 18mg juice and and 24mg juice i vape them alternatley and it doesn't seem to make much difference. I also use snus extra strong stuff which contains a lot more nicotine than cigarettes. I am not really sure it even has that much to do with nicotine , i don't know . There just seems to be something irreplaceable about cigarettes . I have never been able to go longer than two months without one , that seems to be where i hit the wall so to speak . I have done nothing but try and quit for the last year going two months then relapsing then repeating the cycle . I am exhausted . It may be early days but for me another day like this may as well be eternity. It is very slow progress . It's like climbing a brick wall with my teeth . I don't understand how i can keep going for any longer really , just have accept that cigarettes are going to kill me . It seems that they mean more to me than living

Forgot there was 12 hour time difference as well , i am in New Zealand To be honest I don't think it's a nic thing, I used to smoke 50 a day plus and 24mg does just fine but I have noticed you can still feel uptight. Sometimes you might even crack and have a cig but then I feel like it was a waste of time because the cig didn't really satisfy either. Maybe you're actually a bit stressed and it's making you tense. I have a couple of friends that live local that are originally from New Zealand, couldn't tell you where exactly though lol

I just want to know if a a high powered MOD will make a lot of difference , or if i am barking up the wrong tree I think there is, yes. But you don't have to go all out in the beginning @alopezg1 - a Spinner or Twist which are Variable Voltage Ego style batteries would be enough to give you a greatly improved vaping experience, then you can decide if you'd like to upgrade further from there. I won't post any links as I'm not sure what the position is for UK Vendors posting to NZ or what home grown Vendors you have.
