Alright everyone! Just wanted to say hello and give you a bit of info on me.... Recently started vaping as my dad gave me his old ego copy. Tbh i loved it. It only had a Ce4 and i only managed to get two juices from the local shop but i loved it and went from a pack a day to one in the morning overnight! Sadly the ego broke a few days ago and im broke but managed to scrape 30 pound from the budget (logic being its saving me in the long run and i didnt wan to go back to stinkies after cutting down so much.) And decided to get and Evod VV 1000 mah, Evod V2 Glass and a Kanger charger from ecig cabin. I really wanted a Coolfire 1 or the VTR but didnt want to run before i could walk, i liked the Spinner 2 but like the kanger tanks so ocd made me get the Evod VV. Budget shoukd get better in next couple of months so i can splash on mods and other bits soon but not just yet. Gonna concentrate on getting my juice on now Any tips/advice is always welcome! Would also like opinions or advice on using my knew kit when it gets here (should be today) Thanks Jack

jackcustard have a look at the various vendors and use the discount codes, and you may not be in a rush for an upgrade right now,so it may be worth ordering from Fasttech. Well done packing in the stinkies!

Hi jackcustard and to the forum. Don't be afraid to ask questions along the way because there's no such thing as a stupid one in these parts. Enjoy.

jackcustard - btw outside Leeds market is a shop - not as cheap as online vendors - more for emergency - but cheaper than the stalls inside Leeds market - the vtr is nice - but a bit heavy for out and about - it's my 'next to the computer' mod

I would have got the itaste vv3 but i like simple looks and no rattles. Coolfire 2 has everything i want but its a grenade.... My next planned upgrade which will be in a month or so is a Vision spinner 2 and a kanger aerotank, would have got it this time but it was just out of my budget, for now. Thanks for the advice Hello and welcome jackcustard Congratulations on cutting down on the stinkies. It sounds as if you have a nice kit coming. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. Dont suppose you have any advice on VV batteries? I know the Evod 2 glass is a bdc running at 1.5 ohms. Just start low?

if you buy a protank2 with an airflow controller it's not so expensive and if you then learn how to receil the coil heads - you spend a lot of money and have a great vaping experience

Hi jackcustard and from me too. Great name BTW, MMMMM... Custard (Drools) I just bought a Vision Spinner 2, my first VV battery, I think it's brilliant so far. Regarding the Cool Fire 1, you can't adjust the voltage or wattage because it's fixed at 8.5w, I bought one (though not my best buy) but find the vape way too hot for me, even with the supplied iClear 30s clearo. Kanger do some decent tanks IMO and I have 2 Mini Protank 2s now, they have a glass tank and are single coil, great piece of kit and you can recoil the heads on them to save a little money on buying more coils, great guide on how to recoil them on these forums too. Gratz on cutting the stinkies and hope you enjoy your new kit

Hi jackcustard and a very warm from me too Just so you know, the Coolfire 1 is not VV. If you are looking for a nice, versatile, well built and reliable mod, then you can't go far wrong with the Sigelei Zmax. I know you aren't buying anything just yet, but when you do, Myepack have a kit with a couple of batteries and a charger to get you started. Alternatively, if you are not in a hurry, Fasttech also sell them at a very reasonable price

Might be a good home vape and use my Evod vv and spinner 2 out and about. Eventually

If you go too high it will probably taste burnt. Everyone is different so it is just what seems good to you. I started with a Spinner and they are very good. However, if I was starting again I would think about Variable Wattage like the iTaste VV V3.0 or MVP 2. With VW you set the wattage and then the device will take care of the voltage and adjust itself for the different ohms of the coil heads.
