ripple27I'm the same as OneDay ... still keep a spreadsheet of every penny spent on vaping... After 1 year 10 months... Fags not bought £5,222.00 Vaping spends £1,657.13 Saving £3,564.87 I know it's sad, but as I watch the savings graph go up and up, it reinforces my resolve, not that I've needed to. Good on you for doing that for your son.

BrenD there is no way I will buy 10 MVPs, trust me! There are actually 13 different designs/colours plus MANY MORE if you start on the wrappy things that I'm sure are available for them

I haven't saved anything yet, but I WILL, honest I will Are you any worse off? I'm a little worse off I think but not too much. But really I'm just commuting up t o three weeks and I've had a little added expense with buying a doggie spinner. And having to replace it with itaste vv3 . I also had an ego battery give up on me so I replaced that too. But that was only £6 so I'm not expecting it too last too long anyway. Just got it as a back up. I'm loving the itaste. I need a good back up for that too as a normal ego battery just don't give me the hit I need. Ego ok for a few hours but no.more really not for me. I've got a mechanism mod that a kind member passed on to me off that PIF thread. Another kind member will be posting some batteries out for it for me. Just need a tank and charger and I can then have a play with that. Some there is a little more money for me to spend over the next couple of months.

Sadly, I have saved nothing at all. Happily, I have not been smoking for 20 months. it's a good deal.... It is a good deal on the health. And you will save money at some point. At some point you might get fed up of buying new mods. And attys , or at some point you might want to start saving for a new something or other and you will get to your saving goal quicker as a non smoker

That's a great saving mate. I know that your not into spending loads on all the latest mod's and other stuff out there. But that's really good. Well done. Thanks mate... I know where nearly half of it went... ripping out a defunct back boiler system last year and installing a new combi system... been warm ever since. Just wish I could find a similar cure for the whisky. I can only suggest that if you find something that works for you, especially if it's NOT the latest 'whizz bang gizmo', stick with it. There will always be something new on the market. I've been tempted many times, but have resisted by saying... 'It's only a bloody battery!'... and the clearos get so many mixed reviews that I just try the odd new one... and have now gone back to the CE4/5s.

RafflesManger evods are working well for me at the moment. Think I would like to try the pro tanks. I believe that I can use the evod coil heads in them. I have some a few of them I'm keeping in so they will not go to waste if I like the pro tanks I can just use them .I'm not sure about the pro tanks three. I think that may use duel coils. But I will see. I will go looking when ready and find out all I need before I buy. I would like to have a go at the recoiling of heads too. Need to get a multimeter first. I might look into that when Autumn sets in and there are cold dark nights when I have nothing better too do. Should keep me out of trouble over winter.

I used to buy my fags from one of the Polish guys at work - my vaping spend so far would have seen me in fags for a year easily icon_shoppingm gotta stop buying stuff!
Still you can't put a price on health because without that you don't have much at all....

As I used to smoke on average 50 a day - I've saved an absolute fortune over the 5 years & 10 months since I bought my first e-cig Plus the health benefits of avoiding 106,900 cigarettes are priceless

I will add that I was seriously out of pocket in the early days, but I now have a range of good quality kit that works for me and i mix all my own juice, so the savings just roll in once you reach that point

yep, spend is exponentially reducing curve. You need to invest in the kit, then the running costs (especially mixing your own juice) reduce month-on-month. I keep a spreadsheet with all my spends and saves on, and I've saved over a grand so far, and that's on Oct 2012 baccy prices

To be honest I'm not bothered about how much I've saved (or not, as the case may be) I've found summat else to do instead of Smoking (our Lass tells me I'm in front, almost!)
